The exterior of this home of home features two large screened porches with ample seating and enjoys direct views of the tropical setting of the large community pool that is at the hub of Resort Village. Additional exterior amenities include under-house concrete parking, covered entry, community boardwalk, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and park-style grill. The enclosed foyer provides stairs that lead to the floors above. The elevator is available for guest use and provides access to the living area and bedrooms.
