THINGS TO KNOW Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy. Complimentary seasonal beach service provided March through October (provide the beach attendant with your room number). Bunk bedroom is small (no closet) Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
