Things to Know Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. During Spring Break, we rent to 'families' or all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age. A $85 resort fee for amenity wristbands (six) and your parking pass (one vehicle may utilize on-site parking) is due upon check-in and payable to the resort. This is not included in your reservation and the amount is subject to change by the HOA. Beach chair and umbrella service rentals are available 3/1-10/31.
