After the day's adventures close, take refuge in the primary suite and lounge blissfully while watching something on TV or indulging in the breathtaking ocean view. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay. Phase 1: Initial Construction Period • Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024 • Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view. • Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact • Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025 • Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views. Additional Information • Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions. Things to Know Guest has 2 free beach chairs at beach service during peak season. 100.00 value included Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. During Spring Break, we rent to 'families' or all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age. A $85 resort fee for amenity wristbands (six) and your parking pass (one vehicle may utilize on-site parking) is due upon check-in and payable to the resort.
