This cozy 2 story condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms is sure to exceed your expectations! Bright and cheerful and with plenty of sunshine flowing in, you’ll find this to be the perfect coastal getaway. Prepare your favorite meals and beach snacks in the fully appointed and updated kitchen, and dine comfortably overlooking the gorgeous view.  A washer/dryer is located just off of the kitchen for added convenience.

Relax in the sun lit living room on the cozy furniture and watch your favorite shows or sports event on the large flat-screen TV, or take in the unforgettable views and sea air out on the balcony. When the day is done, retire to one of three bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable king-sized beds and stunning Gulf views, one with it's own direct access to the private balcony. The third bedroom features twin beds and custom built-in cabinets that maximize space and afford plenty of storage for personal belongings.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
