A newly renovated, beautifully furnished 3-bedroom condo, located at the Laketown Wharf. This condo is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, and its master bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a private balcony with a Gulf view. The second bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed. Extra bunk in the hallway. Just steps away from the world's most beautiful white-sand beaches with private beach access. A convenient shopping area with Walmart just across the street and moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. The Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, along with many other restaurants. This beachside resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, A kid's Funscape playground, Splash Bar & Grill, a Gulf View fitness center & covered garage parking.
