The open concept livingroom, dining room and kitchen enable one to entertain friends and family with ease. Hand-honed oak hardwood flooring brings rich warmth and depth to this home. A large geometrical designed grey and white area rug designates and defines the livingroom. Eclecticism in designer proportions is united in perfection. A refined upholstered grey sofa and matching loveseat share a space with an oversized stuffed armchair in a floral pattern of beige, coral and white. Multiple accent pillows can be found on each piece of furniture. Some are pink with gray stripes, floral patterned to match the armchair, or grey to match the sofa and loveseat. Together, they create a harmonious existence and a pleasing color palette. The most interesting feature is the sand-colored, wooden Adirondack chair with palm fronds cut into the wood. A blue and silver anchor accent pillow compliment this chair. Extra-large, almost floor to ceiling windows creates an airy, inviting space with tons of sunlight. Occasional tables, floor lamps and table lamps enhance the beauty and function of this space. Rattan baskets and designer works of art marry this space into a fabulous haven. Six can dine in the dining room with a unique and retro dining room table and chairs. Reminiscent of the 1950’s, polished chrome on the table and chairs legs shine against the sunshine yellow vinyl on the chairs and the stunning white Formica table top. Close by, an antique baker’s rack also painted sunshine yellow continues the retro style. The dining room has its own window allowing in more natural light. Reproductions of antique signs truly enforce the yesteryear feeling. A modern, clean kitchen is next to the dining room. Absolutely everything you need is available. Just bring the food. A side-by-side refrigerator freezer with water and ice in the door, a clean microwave, an energy efficient gas stove and oven, and an environmental friendly dishwasher make the kitchen everyone’s dream. A traditional coffee maker, utensils, cookware, and tableware are also provided. Dark grey granite counter tops are contrasted by custom hand-built white cabinets. Generous storage space in the kitchen allows you to shop once for your entire stay. A window in the kitchen brings the natural light into this area also. Adjacent to the kitchen is a master bedroom and en suite with access to a private porch through a glass door. Two large windows on either side of the door bring in natural light. A queen bed with a modern mahogany headboard and footboard lend a sophisticated yet relaxed environment. Plush bedding along with prosaic furnishings and artwork complete this space. The efficient en suite has a shower, a pedestal sink and facilities. On the second floor, two bedrooms and two full baths await. A modern bedroom sporting both a queen bed and a day bed has balcony access. A wall mounted flat screen television allows one to watch their favorite shows or catch up on today’s news. The en suite has a tub and shower and a pedestal sink. Large windows on either side of the glass balcony door allow light to permeate the space. A second bedroom sports a massive four corner post Grecian styled king bed, a private en suite and balcony access. The en suite has a dual vanity and walk in shower. Thick towels, fine linens, and premium décor make your stay a spa like experience. Porches and balconies have plenty of seating for those lazy days of summer. This cottage home is very close the beach; it’s a short three minute walk to the beach or golf cart rental is available for those who prefer to ride.
