Convenient and walking distance to most activities and restaurants. Clean condo, comfortable. My only complaint was the way parking passes are issued (by qr code) and that the gate code and entry was complicated and didn’t always work.

From the check in to the check out, this condo and its management was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much and we’re so thankful that the Paradise team was so kind and welcoming. We Will absolutely be staying here next year!!!

This condo was clean and well stocked with essentials to start our stay. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals efficiently. The friendly Paradise Beach team made check in easy and answered all questions quickly. Will stay here again.

Some of the dishes in the drawers an cupboards were dirty. The flatware drawer had a lot of dirty flatware. We suspect that previous guests put the dirty dishes away instead of cleaning them. So we washed all the flatware and the dirty dishes we found and put them away. This was not a big deal. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work and we notified the management company at the end of our visit. The bed is slowly getting worn but was not uncomfortable. We loved the place. It is pretty and in a great location. We will stay there next year if it is available when we start to book in January our next Summer trip.

This was the perfect spot--clean, comfortable, relaxing, gorgeous view of the Gulf and beach, lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The highlight of the stay? The Blue Angels flying by the balcony at eye level three days consecutively.

The customer service team at Paradise Beach Home made us feel welcomed and took care of our extra request promptly. The condo is located easily to all the great restaurants and local activities. The pools were clean. I would definitely select this unit again !!!!

We had an excellent experience. Close to the beach shops and restaurants. The place was comfortable but like other people have mentioned the furniture in the living room isn’t comfortable. The rocking chairs are hard and the yellow chair seems broken. Other than that it was great.

It's always nice to be back at Emerald Isle. We have stayed here for the last 10+ years. We stay in different condos each time to get different experiences to we can someday make PB our home. We have family in PB so our time here is always nice. However, this visit was probably the least favorite of all our trips. At no fault of the Beach but the winds were high and the surf was the roughest we have experienced. It took away from some of the activities we had planned.

Enjoyed our stay liked the condo but needs some updating. Needs some painting of baseboards and doors; grout behind sink needs repairing; need some type of handrail in bathtub to help elderly get out of tub in the guest bathroom as I fell several times trying to get out and yellow chair broken needs to be replaced. All in all liked the condo and all the colors.

This rental has some great attention to detail: boogie boards, beach chairs, paperback books, every kitchen appliance and bake ware you could possibly need.
Perfect level up means the view was amazing. Seem to be a quiet condo complex. Elevators were very speedy.
Ok now a few things I would recommend. This unit needs to be updated to some degree. The rocking chairs aren’t comfortable and need to be replaced with a love seat or another couch. The yellow rocking chair is broke and definitely needs replacing. The bed was comfy but really needs new mattresses. The bathroom needs a table or shelf to add your toiletry bag. What is there is rickety and dusty.
Paint and decor are kind of tired and really needs to be replaced but the cleaning crew is good because it was very clean. Will definitely stay in this condo complex again.

This was the first time my wife and daughter went to Florida. It was last second decision and we where every lucky to get a place during spring break. Once we arrived we found out we where lucky twice, because this place was amazing. The pictures where real and let you know exactly what you get when you are booking. We will definitely use Pparadise Beach Homes again.

Location of condo was just what we were looking for. Close to beach & a amazing view.
We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean & well equipped.
Only complaint freezer door on frig did not seal properly to stay shut. Constantly cleaning up water from melting ice.
