We were a big group, gathering for a special event and this was the perfect place to gather. Plenty of rooms which were tastefully decorated with the added bonus of their own bathrooms for privacy. The deck was a great place for our morning coffee and reflection at the end of the day. The pool and grounds were clean. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Our favorite space was the open-concept main level where we could gather for conversation, dinner, games, and even had room for dancing. Such a nice place and weekend. Thank you!!!

We had 30 people gathered for Thanksgiving in Pensacola and we could house a portion of those coming from Ohio, Colorado, Naples (FL), Texas, and New Hampshire. The heated pool was enjoyed by young children and their parents. The beach access, just across the road in front of the house, made it friendly for long or short visits, any time of the day. November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!

A group of old college fraternity brothers and wives came to Pensacola Beach for the first time. This house was an exceptional place to gather, enjoy and renew friendships. The house was clean, open and met all our needs. The views and access to the beach were fabulous. Can't wait to come back!

This was our first time renting with Paradise Beach Homes, and the entire experience was fantastic! We have been going to Pemsacola the last 15 years and this was by far the best home we've stayed in. We already booked again for next Labor Day! If your considering Pensacola as your next vacation destination, be sure to rent from Paradise, and give "Following Seas" a try if you have a big group!!

I’ve been returning to the Gulf every summer for 40+ years (a different house each year), and this is my favorite!
Huge, well equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 gas grills, even 2 stacked washer/dryers. And an ice maker.
Lots of seating on the two Gulf-facing decks. No fussy decorations.
Paradise Beach Homes provided extraordinary customer service.
My only disappointment (being a California eco-freak) is that there is no longer a recycling bin for street pickup - you have to transport it to a bin behind the rental office. NBD, though. I realize many don’t care.
We enjoyed the very clean pool, the simple bar opening to the pool area and the spacious carport. Hot shower outside is an added frill.
Gulf view is unobstructed, as the lot across the street is vacant.

Myself and 27 College friends had a great time, this is our second year staying at 1007 Ariola and 11 year coming to Pensacola Beach and we have used Paradise Beach Rental everytime. The house is great, location great. Paradise does a great job every year of having the house ready and clean for our annual visit. We will be back.

We were lucky enough to get in a couple of hours early which helped after a 14 hour drive from Kansas City, MO. The house had everything we expected. Everything was clean and organized. There were no surprises and this was our 4th family vacation with 20 people. 11 adults and 9 grandkids. We are definitely booking this house for our next trip. The closeness to the beach and all the amenities were fabulous. Thank you for memories that will last a life time.

This 8 bedroom home was more than spacious for our family (total of 24) and the location was perfect! Less than a minute walk LTP the beach, the heated pool was an added bonus. Although the weather was unseasonably windy. The only issue we had was with the stove but it was repaired within two hours of calling Paradise Beach representative. We have zero complaints and will highly recommend to any large group. Also, the booking process was extremely smooth and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful in securing the perfect home for our vacation. If I could I’d give more stars!! Highly Recommend

We had an Amazing time. Let’s start with the home. It was absolutely amazing. Now the steps are steep just be prepared for that. But once you get into the house your probably won’t leave the house. It’s beautiful the kitchen is stunning. The views of the ocean breathtaking. 100/100 loved it. We went off season so the area was pretty quiet and they were doing construction on most of the restaurants.

We loved this house! The large kitchen/living room/dining room really served our family well. We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and cooked every meal together. The kitchen was stocked pretty well for all our needs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and we used all 8 of them. Would definitely recommend this house for family gatherings. We did not use the pool since the weather was cool and it was not heated. But the beach was just across the beach and easy access for all.

Our family- 10 adults and 13 children- spent a wonderful week together. The house was so big that we never felt crowded at all! There was ample supplies of dishes, etc and the 2 dishwashers made meal time easy. Highly recommend this house and hope to return sometime in the future.

This home was amazing! We had 10 adults and 8 kids under 8 that had a great spring break. The close walk over the dune to the quiet beach and the backyard pool worked out very nicely. Each family had their own room and the bunk rooms were perfect for the older kids. We plan to return and can’t wait for our next trip!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group. We are locals staying locally for Mardi Gras. The house was very nicely decorated. They layout was perfect for our group of friends. We had a large group, but it did not feel like it because the house is so spacious with so many places to hang out and socialize. Would highly recommend for any type of group event for locals or out of towners!

Pictures do not do it justice! Spacious, well furnished, great views...the owners designed this home with every amenity in mind. Every bedroom has it's own private bath and there was plenty of room in the main gathering area for all guests to dwell. The best house on the beach!!

We LOVED this place! The pictures accurately depicts what the beach house looks like! It had plenty of space for our 25 people and we weren't bumping into one another! We had our wedding on the beach across the street and our reception poolside. It was beautiful and we had so much fun!

This beautiful beach house is perfect for our annual family get together- space for everyone and large common living area/kitchen to be together! This was our third year and we have rebooked for next year already. We had 23 people this year and everyone had sufficient space. Every bedroom has its one bathroom which is awesome! The home is well equipped and was immaculate. Highly recommend!!

Six families that have been tied together through our sons baseball. We had a fantastic time in this house. It was everything we hoped and much more. So spacious, plenty of room for 6 families to gather. There is a sand lot across the street that the boys enjoyed playing frisbee and light up football. The pool was great when the kids weren't feeling the beach. We cooked, laughed, played and enjoyed each others company in this amazing Pensacola Beach home. Thank you!!

The house is gorgeous and perfect for our huge family! Everything was clean and in great shape. The proximity to the beach was great because we simply had to walk across the street and we were on beach sand! The pool is even better than it looks in the pictures! We did not love a 5pm check in time and we would have loved to use the little room space by the pool, but in 7 days every other bit of our stay was perfect!! The management company even came and set our trash out for pickup for us:). Our large family has done many beach vacations together and this is definitely our favorite house!!

We did a beach wedding across the street on the beach and had a reception of 50 people under the house. It was absolutely amazing and dreamy!!!!! The house was super clean and we didn’t have any maintenance issues. Decorated very cutely and beachy. Would stay again without hesitation! Beds were comfortable.

Had a chance to get my family, from all corners of the country, in the same place at the same time. The home was very nice and well furnished. Just about everything you would need is there. Very spacious and comfortable. Even though the sun hid from us the entire time we had a great time and a great visit. I would recommend this home to any large family.
