The house wa clean a spacious for our wedding party. We had our daughter’s wedding on the beach and reception in the entertainment under the house. It was perfect and a beautiful day. The house made it easy for the wedding party to be together and enjoy the weekend and the day.

The house was pwrfect for our large family! Spacious bedrooms and lots of living/dining area space so no one was on top of each other. The kitchen was the most stocked I think we’ve ever experienced and we had lots of cabinet space for lots of food which is not something most places have. The two fridges were awesome because we don’t eat out every night so we had room for food and to keep lots of drinks cold at the same time. The beach was a very short walk from the house and the beach itself was perfect. No crowds, very clean and the kids were able to run wild without worry of disturbing people around you. Lots of restaurants within just a few minutes of the house was nice. The only complaints were the “firm” mattresses and they were firm, but I don’t know of anywhere we’ve ever stayed where they aren’t firm so it was to be expected. It would also have been nice if the pool was heated, but the kids did jump in a couple days for a short time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect house for large extended family rental home. Well equipped, perfect location, private bathrooms for everyone and on one floor. Spacious deck, covered area, and the pool. You could spend time with a very short walk to a non crowded beach or hang around the pool. Five star experience.

The house was amazing. We had the groom's mom and dad, brother and his wife and children, my husband and me, bride's sister and husband and their children, and her brother and his wife and child. The wedding was held right out on the beach, and Sand Dollar Weddings provided all the coordination and catering for the service and reception. Gulf Coast sounds provided the entertainment. The weather was beautiful. The home and location provided a perfect backdrop and the best environment for out two families to integrate beautifully.

The house was perfect for 8 ladies. We had plenty of space for each of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The deck was large with plenty of seating. All bedrooms were decorated nicely with comfortable bedding. The house was very clean - no issues.

Perfect beach house location steps from the water. House was very clean and modern. High end finishes. Joe, the manager, was very accommodating to our special requests. Gulf Breeze Zoo was amazing and only 20 minutes away. Blue Angels show is a must see.

We are 8 brothers and sisters with 6 spouses from several areas of the United States that wanted to get together. I had used Paradise Beach Homes before and enjoyed working with them. We picked a house with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a large kitchen/living area. The table, big enough to seat 10, was a great place to play games. The rooms had been freshly painted. We could walk on the beach right out of our back door. It was a great experience with beautiful weather and we hope to get to do it again.

My family of 20 stayed here and we had the best time! We used the space under the house to have a Mardi Gras theme party and had enough room to have it catered. We were able to rent an ice cream truck from Mister Softee to stop by for everyone to enjoy a sweet treat. Overall it was a fantastic time for the family!

The house was plenty big for all of our guests. We were traveling with 2 other families with children. Plenty of space, plenty of seating, and the 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and 2 ovens were great!

Great experience for our large family vacation! The house was very clean with a lot of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked in addition to 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Location was perfect. Property mgmt. was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely return next year!

We had a great experience at our stay in Pensacola. The house and pool were clean and had everything we needed. We were especially surprised and happy to have two refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and coffee pots with some many people that came in handy.

We had 12 people that slept comfortably in this house!! Location is stellar!! Only thing we would change is the Ice Maker in the bar area is super loud and it runs pretty much all day. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

We loved the house. It’s was perfect for our family. Lots of comfortable bedrooms with their own baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to for family dinners. There was seating for our group including guests. We’re already making plans to return.

This house was perfect for our whole family. Everyone had there own bathroom plus there was a half bath. There was a game room downstairs along with a small swimming pool. The pool was the wading pool size but with a 5’ deep end. We loved it. We loved that our pets/babies were able to join us too.

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. It had six, good sized bedrooms and each room had its own bathroom. It was very clean. We loved the two dishwashers, stoves and refrigerators it had. It also had an ice machine and wet bar area that really came in handy. It had a large place to park. We had eight vehicles and they all fit with room to spare.
I wish the pool had been heated because it was very cold, but we still jumped in for a short time period. You definitely need to bring extra towels, hand soap and toilet paper because there was only enough for one night. The walls had a few places that had been repaired. I noticed this because they were painted white on brown walls. This house is pricey, even in April so I did expect a little more.
Overall, I would rent it again because of its size and location. Views were amazing. Just wish it was priced better.

We arrived to a well kept and clean house. Staff proactively reached out to check on our arrival as we were running late. Had a good experience interacting with the management staff as we had COVID concerns. Overall the whole family enjoyed our time there and we'll be sure to come back!! We didn't use the pool as we weren't sure about the water there and game room in the ground floor could use some uplift.

Our Stay was amazing! It started off with a hiccup one side of the house the a/c wasnt working but paradise beach homes was prompt. they had the HVAC guys come and do a temporary fix until they could get the part the next day. They even came out at 9pm when that wing was still reading the 80's to see if they could help get it any cooler. The next day the crew was out and fixed it. The house was beautiful! clean upon arrival. We left behind our cake house keeping saved it for us instead of throwing it away. I have no complaints this property was well taken care of and easy to book, check in, and check out.

Everything about our beach trip was perfect! With COVID-19 we had concerns about our annual beach vacation. After years vacationing in Seaside/Seagrove, this was our first time here. I’m thankful we chose this house as it was the best for our 6 adults/6 kids. The ocean view from the kitchen and living areas was magnificent. It took seconds to walk to the beach and we were easily able to social distance. We plan to return next summer!

Our kids and several friends were headed to Brazil for a missions trip and because of COVID-19 the trip got cancelled. We had some pretty bummed out kiddos, so decided that we would head to Pensacola cheer them up! This house was just the thing for our family. The house is seriously just over the dune. We opened our door at night and could hear the waves crashing. The kids spent several early mornings on the beach waiting for the sun to rise. Most every day they were out to the water 4 or 5 times a day with basically our own private beach. We used the pool once. It had a lot of furniture and tables to fit everyone. The inside of the house was wonderful with 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. We have stayed in a lot of nice homes, but this one had the most well equipped kitchen of them all. We did not need one thing that was not already there and very well organized. We cooked every meal except 2. The restaurants all closed except for take out because of the virus.
We had such a wonderful time. We will stay in this house again if possible!

We have a large family - 10 grandkids and 10 adults - and this house was perfect for us. We have been using Paradise Beach Homes for 25 years.
We all had a great experience from our 10 month old to the old man at 68.

House nice, weather beautiful. Only suggestions, the queen mattresses could use an update. Not very comfortable. Also, the walk to the beach is very long. This house needs a walkover.

We had an awesome time at this property. It was right on the beach plus had a pool. The house was beautiful and had lots of room for all 20 of us. I rented the house for several of us from TN, FL, and AR as part of our family reunion. The rest of the family stayed elsewhere but came over to eat and play corn hole under the carport. Mostly we played at the beach then hung out during the evening either playing corn hole under the carport or on the deck just talking. The carport could use some fans and the deck some tiki torches but overall everything was awesome. The first night we had to have the window AC unit in the play room replaced but again, once that was was perfect. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room and the ice maker were a great benefit for us with so many folks in the house. This is definately a house I would recommend to others!

We had an amazing stay and the house was perfect! There were 11 of us,,,8 adults and 3 kids. The house was well stocked, had plenty of room for everyone and the pictures don't do it justice! It was right on the beach and convenient to everything yet you felt as if you were on your own private beach! The door knobs could all use some tightening, as a few fell off but that was the only issue we had during our stay. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful home. Had everything we needed. We were 3 generations of family and were 14 people and the house worked for us. We were in the house a lot as it rained the whole time we were there. Great shelling. There is a house being built next door so unfortunately the pool area was an uncomfortable place to be with all the workmen watching us. Need to bring your own beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. as none are provided.

I rented this home to use as my wedding venue and it was fantastic! The staff at paradise beach homes were all very nice and answered all of our questions, they made everything very easy! The house itself is beautiful, you can’t beat the ocean view! Everything was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of bath towels. The beach is just over a small hill and it was never crowded. Those who were close were very respectful during our ceremony, which we were able to have right on the beach! The carport and deck under the house made the perfect reception spot. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend paradise beach homes to family and friends!

We had a family reunion at the beach for our 4 children and their families. Each family had their own bedroom and private bath. The kitchen table was large enough to seat all 12 of us. The beach was quiet and absolutely beautiful. A wonderful place to vacation!

We had booked this house for my wedding on the beach right outside the house. Both my wife and I's family stayed here. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen and living area was so incredibly spacious, the 17 people staying there could easily hang out without feeling cramped. With the deck overlooking the gulf and the perfect white sandy beaches, our vacation could not have gone better. It was almost as if we were the only ones on the beach, it was so secluded from the crowds closer to the pier. We have decided this is our new go to spot for family vacations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental. There were 11 adults and 5 children. The house more than met our needs. A few nights we had guests for dinner and there was more than enough room. The 2 dishwashers, refrigerators and ovens and the extra 1/2 bath came in extremely handy. The home was decorated nicely and we loved the layout. The pool was a bit smaller than I expected but it was fine. The kids especially enjoyed the 'sandbox' right out the back door. The beach was easily accessible and well maintained. We would definitely rent this home again.
