Highly recommend this 3rd story unit! It was spacious, clean, complex was wonderful. The balcony was large and had an amazing view of the ocean and sunrise. We did have to purchase a $50 parking pass upon arrival, but the complex was extremely safe and clean.

We had excellent experience. Rooms are clean. The property is very close to the beach and everything we needed to cook is readily available in the room.

Great spot for first time to Orange Beach. Pool was large and access to beach was super easy. Loved the blast from the past under-counter radio player with cassette tape! Just forgot all my mixed tapes. Location was perfect and place was very nice!

Very nice condo. Clean very well stocked. Resort had great amenities. Only complaint was the televisions in the bedrooms were too small.

We were pleased with the rental for the most part. The king bed is like sleeping in the bed of a pick up truck. Other than that everything sense was good. Would for sure stay again if king mattress was replaced.

The condo was amazing, very clean, decorated beautiful and the Seaside Beach & Racquet club was amazing, very impressed with how clean the grounds were. As much as I loved it, I was very unhappy with the barking dog at 6:00am every morning

I think the parking fee is ridiculous when there is a hard time finding a place to park. There was no one around cleaning sand off the boardwalk area to rinse off coming off the beach. The washer and dryer in unit was loud. Unit was clean.

We loved the unit. The views and location was great. With it being on the third floor we didn’t have to wait for the elevator. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The complex has two very nice large outdoor pools. We really enjoyed the shuffle boards. Would definitely rent again. The unit does need some items repaired: door handle to the sliding door was broken, the refrigerator is pretty old and needs to be replaced, and the kitchen faucet leaked. The kitchen needs some updates. Also, I read reviews that the washer was small. It is the smallest washer I have ever seen. If you put two small beach towels it fills it up. Dryer takes forever to dry and is irritatingly loud.

Our condo 4310 had everything we needed plus more. Only thing we would have liked was a bigger washer but that was no biggy, we just washed every day. Nice balcony and view of the pool and beach! Thanks!! W

Overall it was a nice condo! We had a few issues the day we arrived, the toilet leaked, furnace wasn't working, dishwasher was leaking called Gulf shores rentals and they took care of everything. The people were all helpful and friendly. We stayed here for 5 weeks. The kitchen was very well stocked, it lacked nothing. There was just the 2 of us and there was enough dishes/cups/glasses/bowls etc. for 12 people! There was no space for food I was having to move stuff all around. They replaced the coffee pot and microwave when we were there. The refrigerator is rusty on the outside and in the middle of the inside is all cracked along the back. We did report this to Gulf Shores Rentals, hopefully it will be replaced. The condo inside looks just as it does on line in the pictures. Living room furniture is okay, could use a new recliner. The beds were comfortable, and the carpet looks new, no stains. Black out curtains. Yes the washer/dryer was very, very small seemed like I was washing clothes all the time. I couldn't wash the set of king sheets, had to wash one at a time. Bathrooms were fine, tubs are really dated and stained. The view was beautiful!!! Every morning you could watch the sun come up from laying in bed. We got some beautiful pictures of the sun rise! It was a bit chilly, so we didn't sit out on the balcony much, your in the sun in the morning but by afternoon you are in the shade. We didn't walk on the beach much either. I don't know if it's always this chilly and windy. Close to everything, it is a good location. One thing on the amenity's listed the indoor pool was open, so is the tennis court, fitness room and the sauna just opened when we were there.

We had a good time. Our family of 4 fit well in the space and we didn't feel crowded. It was clean and had enough amenities with in the condo to do day to day things (cooking, laundry, etc). I thought it was very nice that there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and few other things to get the week started so we didn't have to run out right away to get anything.
We found that the weekend days were filled with party goers. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything around you. From Saturday when we got there until Tuesday, a group of younger kids had quite a fun time and we got little sleep. It was manageable but still frustrating at times.
The condo is very close to the beach/water which was exactly what we wanted.
Overall good time and would probably come back.

Overall this was a nice rental. The unit is pretty small so having great weather while we were there was great. We didn't spend a lot of time inside. The master bedroom is a good size but the second bedroom is seriously small. Other reviews had mentioned the well stocked kitchen and I would agree. The one thing that was disappointing was the crazy small washer/dryer. I've never seen anything like it. Anyone staying for a week (like us) really needs something bigger so you are not spending so much time doing load after load. It's also located in the master bedroom and is very loud.

This condo has a nice view of the beach and the pool. If you have older kids you can easily keep an eye on them from the balcony which I liked. My only complaint with this unit is the beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable. If you are not a fan of a firm bed this unit is not for you. This goes for the king in the master and the twin beds in the second bedroom.

The actual condo 4310 was very nice, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and had a beautiful view. It felt like we were guests in someone’s home. The dryer made a very loud noise and the management made multiple effort to fix it. The problem was the 7 day construction above us all month. The noise was extreme. Also, broken elevator and pool.
