After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. Phoenix II HOA has repairs for the building scheduled during the off-season and there will be construction noise during business hours. The pools will be unavailable during this period, though guests can still use the amenities in buildings 1, 3, and 4. There will also only be one working elevator. ETA for completion is January 2024. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. There is an elevator in the building.
