Parking notes: **MAXIMUM of 1 Vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions -- STRICTLY ENFORCED.**
Your Parking Pass will be delivered to your unit prior to your arrival. Emerald Skye allows only ONE vehicle MAX per unit/per reservation, with no exceptions. Please fill out all information needed on your parking pass; Pass is not considered valid unless completely filled out. Please make sure the pass is fully visible in your vehicle during the duration of your stay so you do not get ticketed or towed. No oversized vehicles, trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.
*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
