The homes in Cottages at Romar share 500 feet of sandy white beach front, a large, resort styled zero entry pool a fire pit and a boardwalk to the beach.
Cottage #12 is a 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath with an added media room. This cottage is a beautifully decorated, perfectly laid out home with everything you could imagine you would need and or want on vacation.
Before entering the home on the ground level you have plenty of space to leave your sandy beach gear and rinse off and refresh in the fully enclosed outdoor bathroom including a shower. Once you enter the home, on the second level, you will find 4 bedrooms as well as a stackable laundry room.
On the main living level (3rd floor) you will find a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare a dinner at home attached to a spacious living and dinning area where you may walk out to the deck overlooking the neighborhood pool where you can also hear and see the gulf waves. While relaxing on the deck, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage while watching the kids play in the grassy area or swim in the neighborhood pool. Back inside, you will find two more bedrooms along with a laundry room and 1/2 bath.

Outside on the ground level, enjoy grilling and enjoying the grassy area with a large picnic table for eating and just steps away from the neighborhood pool and beach access.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
