We had a great time at the Pearl and would recommend it to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation or get away from the cold and snow up north.
Just a great time we had and all the people we met were very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our time down at Navarre Beach

Is a great rental. Washing machine was broken and did report on last day of our stay. The ice maker is a great addition. No need to bring ice bags just fill your cooler in your suite and head to beach!

The condo was great for two adult couples. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling by plane it’s harder to bring items. Beach towels and chairs would have been a huge plus. Walking distance to pier and three restaurants near the pier. The pier at night was fun especially with a few fisher men /women playing music while the sun goes down. We will definitely return!!

The property was clean, view spectacular. Condo facilities (pool, hot tub) great, club house could use a face lift. For the cost of the rental I would expect streaming options for the TVs, kitchen needs a dish drainer.

We love Navarre! From the greeting of the management team until the last breath of Florida air , we had a great time.The beaches are so clean and the soft sugar sand is my favorite. There is still a quiet , relaxing feeling ion Navarre Beach. The Pearl is well taken care of. We love the beach and Juan ( the man who set up our chairs) could not be more accommodating. The condo we stayed in was very clean, had every appliance , dish, pan you would ever need. It is very nicely decorated, too. I look forward to coming back. We loved it.

The entire trip was a fantastic experience! Not a beach fanatic but this was an incredible experience. My wife and kids fell in love with the condo and it’s proximity to the water. We would definitely do it again when the time comes. Maybe take a look at the ice maker. Kinda loud, but not a detriment.��

We had a wonderful vacation at Navarre Beach! The Pearl 504 was a wonderful condo and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely request to stay here again.

Unit 504 at the Pearl was great. Everything was tip top, everything we needed was available in the condo, and we never needed or wanted for anything. Great experience, would not hesitate to book the Pearl again. Also compared to some towers the elevators run very efficiently, you never wait too long which is very nice. Thanks for offering us the facilities for a great vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed a nice winter beach getaway to Navarre back in February. The beach was quiet, and the water was lovelier than we’ve ever seen it. Our condo was super nice and perfectly appointed, and our experience with Paradise Beach Homes was unparalleled. We’ll definitely do this again.

Beautiful condo, nice location, wish I owned this condo. I will seek out this condo again for my next beach vacation. The only minor complaints I have are, 1. Check in/check out times could be better. 5PM is to late to enjoy the beach on check in day, and 10AM to early to enjoy the beach on check out day. 2. I realize this won't affect everyone because some people prefer to rent their beach equipment but if you are experienced beach vacationers like we are and have all of your beach equipment, (chairs, umbrellas), you won't get a good spot on the beach. All the rental chair companies get there very early and take all the prime spots. These are minor complaints and would not stop me from seeking out this condo for future vacations. We really loved the condo and our stay in Navarre Beach.

We loved our stay at the Pearl. The layout is awesome, as we had the kids on one end of the condo while we stayed at the other. The view of the Gulf was amazing and even though we could hear folks from the pool when out on the balcony, once we closed the doors you couldn't hear a thing. The condo was super clean and I loved the tile throughout. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The pool was nice, not super huge, but very clean and easy to access. This was an amazing place and we'll likely be back!

This was a peaceful stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and functional. I was looking for somewhere with a home feel. This is a more mature setting and absolutely great.

Overall great unit, beds in second bedroom were hard and tv had no cable guide so you couldn’t find a program unless you just scrolled all channels but other than that it was perfect. Great view and short walk over to the beach was great
