The location and condition of this property is ideal for a family with kids. Lots of space (even bigger than we expected), well-stocked kitchen tools, plenty of towels and soap, nothing broken or dirty, and we had beach access whenever it fancied us while still having some small separation with the berm so we didn't have to worry about younger kids somehow toddling to the water alone. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

This house was a wonderful vacation spot for our family of four (2 adults, 2 babies)! Clean, not too heavily decorated, but set up and styled in a way that was calming and comfortable. The curtains in each bedroom let lots of light in, which meant our kids woke up at sunrise pretty much every day. But other than that we had what we needed as far as how the house is stocked. The beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage were a nice bonus!
*to the rental company: please consider eliminating the requirement for tenants to stop at the office before checking into rentals when there is a keypad entry instead of a physical key. Driving for 9 hrs with little babies & then having to make an extra stop for a piece of paper with a code on it to get into the rental (that could have been sent in an email) feels like a waste of time & added stress of traveling that is completely unnecessary. No complaints for the staff and management, though. They are friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at All Our Summers. The home was so nice and everything was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we had plenty of towels and that sort of thing. The rental process went very smoothly as well. We will definitely be back!

Overall beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, large kitchen and gorgeous views from the balcony. Storage shed under the house has ample beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, and outdoor games. We loved the hammocks. Only suggestion is to fix the wobbly stairs inside and out.

Our stay was a mother/daughter beach trip and first time staying at Navarre Beach. The rental was perfect. It was very clean. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, appliances, etc. Beach chairs, bicycles, and grill was provided. It was a short walk to the beach, which was not crowded. Check-in/out was quick. The only caution is that the steps inside and out are fairly steep. This was not a deal breaker, just a notice for anyone that would be an issue for.

This is a great location for a beach family getaway. It is the ideal location and is very well stocked for the best beach day with family or friends.

Well maintained townhome directly on the beach. I have typically stayed in condos and this was a fantastic change from the norm. Nicely decorated and furnished with pretty much everything you’ll need. Far enough away from the crowd to give you a home feel yet close enough to restaurants/shops to get what you need. Will definitely keep this on my beach trip list.

This house was fantastic! We've stayed in lots of different homes on Navarre Beach and this was the most stylish and well stocked rental we've ever had. The decor is fantastic and so accomodating. We had 3 adult couples staying here for the week and it was absolutely perfect.

my wife and 2 adult daughters rented this townhouse. It was just what we needed. Beach wasn't crowded there. I loved the space underneath the townhouse. Even had a tv there where I could watch football and still be outside. Each of us had a king bed which was great!

The Beach House had everything you could possibly need! Very nicely decorated, spacious and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable,
All furnishings were comfortable. The views on the deck were amazing.
Walk right off the deck to the beach. We highly recommend! You want be disappointed!! ☀️��⛱����

This was our first time staying at All Our Summers and it was AMAZING!!!! The house was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable. Great location and it had every kitchen utensil and pot and pan you could imagine!! We are a family of 7 and we cook at home most nights on vacation. TOWELS!!! Oh my goodness I loved the amount of towels this house had! With 5 girls we go through them and never ran out. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas and having both options for a grill made it nice too! The only thing we had an issue with was the path from the stairs down to the beach. It was very overgrown and had a few loose boards which we fell quite a few times. We will definitely be coming back to stay at All Our Summers though!

Everything was easy start to end. Super friendly. A beautiful, clean condo with all the essentials for grilling, beach, cooking and it even has 2 bikes. Million dollar views upstairs and downstairs.

Beautiful townhome. Recent renovations are so nice and the view cannot be beat. We loved staying here and highly recommend to anyone. Easy access to the beach, so many amenities made for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful beach front condo. We are probably the first one to rent after their renovation. Clean, spacious. Love all the bedroom have King Size bed. Great for family and friends.
