We had a great stay in Navarre. Property was clean and nicely appointed. Beach access was easy being right on the beach. This is an older home but has plenty of space and has been well kept. The outside shower does need a new shower head.

We rented this house as our wedding venue and we are beyond happy that we chose this house. It was perfect for our beach ceremony along with our small reception. This place made our wedding day perfect!

Our family had a wonderful time at Navarre Beach. The house was as described and we had no surprises. The management team for the house were terrific! They were helpful with any concerns that we may have had. The access to the beach was perfect. A great memory for children and adults.

Had a relaxing long weekend to celebrate a birthday. Living room furniture was comfy and we LOVED how the house had huge windows facing the ocean!
If we could make a recommendation, it would be to put some side tables in all bedrooms for guests with CPAP machines, cell phones, etc. Side tables and/or a coffee table in the living room would be nice so guests can have a place to set drinks/cell phones. Other than that, the house was well equipped, clean, and quite comfortable for lounging and enjoying the beach views!

The Oyster was as described. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Conveniently located next to the beach. House was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen was decently furnished. Starter paper products furnished (paper towels, toilet paper) but needed to get more as we were there for a week. We knew this going in so not an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again

This home was exactly as presented online. Beautiful, well-maintained home with plenty of room for all. This house did not disappoint. Loved the outside decks with bathroom access. Perfect for a small wedding/party gathering. The beach is beautiful, not crowded and clean. The only issue was the internet connection. Management company responded very quickly regarding concern and replaced router, but still did not take care of connection issue. Overall not a big problem for us. I highly recommend this house! Very nice management company too!

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect, loved the easy beach access. The house was clean, had what we needed to cook wonderful meals. The only complaint were the mattresses, they need updating as most of us were not comfortable and had a had time sleeping.

We spent the month of February in ‘The Oyster’ with another couple and it was the perfect house for us - an open floor plan with a wall of windows so the ocean was always in view. Great customer service from Paradise Beach Homes who were super responsive with everything!

This was our second year staying at the oyster in Navarre Beach to celebrate my son's birthday. Just like last year it felt like home or stay was extremely enjoyable the views from this house are perfect easy access to the beach.
We love this house if we had 1.2 million dollars we totally buy it.
Only two small complaints it appears if it's some of the tenants over the summer broke the roll up window shades so it was hard to keep the view open.
And the floor rug in the living room wanted to roll up was a little bit of a tripping hazard probably needs to be taped down to the floor. Even aside from those two complaints are stay was perfect thank you for allowing us to rent this property. Lord willing we will be doing it again next year

Staying at The Oyster House provided us the peace and serenity we needed after two years of Covid stress. The beach was basically empty everyday. Homes on either side had no occupants. Beautiful wide beach. The home was spacious with large windows looking out on the Gulf. The home has a beautiful deck looking out over the Gulf. Paradise Vacation Homes responded to any needs immediately. I have already reserved our vacation home for next November with them. Thanks Melissa and David.

The rental company was the best. They were easy to work with and we were met with a great beach bag full of goodies. The house was very roomy and accommodating. Just as pictured. The decks were my favorite, and the big dining room table and comfy couches. We will be returning and using Paradise Beach Homes to book our beach vacation.

We had such a wonderful time with our family all together! The beach was just beautiful and it felt like we had it all to ourselves!! All of our little kids loved playing in the ocean, building Sandcastles, laughing and running, and just making wonderful memories!! We had three families, Nana, and 8 grandkids! There were beds for all, it was clean and the living area was perfect for gathering together in the evenings to watch the Olympics! The house had lots of beach sand toys and several beach sand chairs and boogie boards which was so nice!
A few house things I’d recommend would be to fix the living room shades to open and stay up so to be able to see the beautiful ocean panoramic view! We tried several things to make them stay up with no luck. Also bathroom/ shower updates and floor mildew repair would be great!
We used Ed from Sunset Beach Services for beach chairs, did a Walmart grocery delivery twice, and had beautiful beach family photos taken by Teresa of Merriment Photography!

What a great time we had even if it rained a little too much, but that's okay as the family was together! Very unique and fun design of the house with plenty of outdoor area upstairs and down. We have rented at Navarre for 30 years and I must say this was the best house yet. We had a great time!

This house was everything that we wanted, needed and expected! The location was great, plenty of space for our family! The kitchen had everything needed, including 3 refrigerators!! We enjoyed the outdoor space as well.

This house was so pretty. We loved the living room area being so open and full of windows. The location was surprisingly private and so beautiful. Our family of 11 had room to spread out but honestly, we spent most of our time on the beach or the huge deck. The only thing I would love to see would be new carpeting. The bedroom carpeting is old and torn in areas. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

We loved the house! A little retro, but cool. The layout was perfect for family gathering. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a family dinner or a heated card game or just to sit and enjoy the view. The wall of windows offered amazing views of the beautiful beach that was steps from the house. The access to the beach was the easiest of anywhere I have ever stayed in Florida, and once on the beach you basically have it all to yourself! Back at the house, the balcony over looking the water was a fantastic spot to take it all in, also with plenty of comfortable seating. Bedroom set up was perfect for our family, so if you have kids, this is the perfect house for you.
If you are looking for a spot to host a small event, the ground level space was a perfect setting for our intimate wedding. There is a bathroom in the downstairs area, which was very convenient for guests or even for a beach break. We can't wait to come back!
Literally my only negative critique is that there aren't any beach chairs for use. We brought our own, but for someone flying in or traveling light, that would be a slight inconvenience.

We had the most wonderful time at “The Oyster.” The house is so unique and spacious. There are plenty of places to gather as a group but also plenty of places to kick your feet up and read a good book. The white sands of your basically private beach offered hours of fun, relaxation and adventure. We will be back for sure.

We spent 5 nights at The Oyster on a family vacation. It was a very relaxing experience - I would highly recommend this house on location alone! The property has fantastic beach proximity and wonderful views throughout the house. It is an older home, but is clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the kitchen is equipped with a lot of miscellaneous cookwear - there were so many pots and pans from different sets that it was actually kind of hard to figure out what was there and what wasn't. Other than that, we truly had a wonderful experience. The staff was phenomenally helpful throughout the process. We will definitely rent here again.

It was a fabulous experience for all of us. We had 11 grandchildren and their parents with us. Rooms were great, beds comfy,and walk to beach took seconds. Only complaint was small kitchen and small kitchen sink!! It was well stocked with everything We could need though, in utensils and gadgets for cooking! We cooked every meal in house for the whole week because of CoVid19, but I will say, the closeness and confinement made our adventure wonderful, even though it was 'tight'while we cooked! Overall....loved it!!!!!

A wonderful place to stay. Beach access was easy, the beach very uncrowded and quiet. The bedrooms were wonderful for a gathering of families--with queen plus kid beds in two, and bunks only in another, with the grandparent master high up and far away from all the middle-of-the-night small child festivities. The home was clean, well-maintained, clearly one-of-a-kind (in a good way), and well appointed. Ask for extra trash bags (one provided), and toilet paper (single roll per bathroom), since neither will suffice for more than a couple of days. Odd place to be minimalist. Not your place for teen-oriented night life, or adult oriented night life, but perfect for a quiet family get-away if you like each other and actually want to spend time together.

We enjoyed our time and the house is nice but it needs updating. It didn't feel really clean, the furnishings and house are a little old. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is. We had an issue with one AC unit one afternoon, but it was resolved quickly.

We stayed here March 15-20th 2019 for our wedding. We had the absolute best time. The house was purely beautiful and fit our our little family of 3 and our immediate family comfortably. The views were breathtaking and the spacious decks were a huge plus. We had enough space for everyone at our wedding on the lower deck plus all of our tables and decorations. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes were such a pleasure and so helpful. We highly recommend staying here for a nice relaxing getaway to Florida's lovely panhandle. We will definitely be back!
