Summerspell 303

We had such a great time. The view was amazing. November temperatures were 80-90 degrees. King size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 8-10 towels, 2 kitchen towels and 1 dish cloth, small dish soap to start the vacation. Remember this is to help start the vacation. The washer and dryer is downstairs at the bottom of the steps. Hot tub and pool were cleaned daily. We are looking forward to returning next year. The dishwasher was broken was the only appliance not working.

Condo was clean and had plenty of dishes, pots/pans etc. They even provided some beach towels so we didn’t have to use the ones we brought. Great if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the strip but a very short walk to beach access. This condo is listed for up to 6 people . In my opinion that would be way too crowded. The hot tub was out of service during our stay. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again. Only thing I didn’t really like was our parking permit had our unit number on it . I think that could potentially be a safety concern.

The unit was clan and had everything you need . Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the balcony. The owner has beach chairs an umbrella and even a beach cart for renters use. We had 3 adults staying in our unit and it was very comfortable.

Great location! Sleeper sofa is really bad, only needed to use it 1 night, thank goodness. All if the beds were great. No elevator
