Very clean room and very nicely furnished. Location was perfect and walk to beach just 5 minutes
Only drawback was the 2nd bathroom extremely small and shower needs updated as parts of were broken and the sink area was too small for any toiletries ... needs hooks for clothes or toiletry bag

Very nice location a bit crowded on the holiday but yiu could see the beach from the balcony. I pool is small the only thing I found was there were too many rental chairs placed right in front of the complex.

The furniture was very nice including a recliner. The kitchen was well stocked and when I reported that the electric can opener was missing the cutting part, it was replaced that day. The only negative was the sheets on the master bed. The bottom sheet felt like sandpaper it was so rough. I’m not sure if maybe they were new and hadn’t been washed. Overall our stay was great and beach access was only steps away. The view was awesome! Definitely on my “return to” list.

We loved Tropic Isles. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful. We loved this unit because of the windows. Enjoyed the balcony very much. It was nicely decorated and spacious. We will definitely be back. We loved it!

The condo and location were very nice. Our main issue upon arrival was the elevator was not working. The on call maintenance guy showed up within an hour and got it back working. He also made sure we got everything to our room before leaving. The shower had some water damage from the faucet but the rental company was very quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Loved the ease of texting and having a response shortly after. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

My stay at Tropic Isle was awesome! 701 was nice, clean, and quiet, which made for a very relaxing getaway. Everything that I needed was provided to make me feel at home, and the location is within walking distance to nice restaurants, and other entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. The Wi-Fi was weak throughout the condo but wasn’t a big deal to me, although someone with kids may differ. Overall my stay was awesome and I look forward to another relaxing stay soon.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in Tropic Isle 701 and we loved it again! Always clean and well equipped. This is the only place we will stay when we come to gulf shores!

The condo we rented was very clean looked like it had been updated not too long ago. Had everything we needed. Great space for us on the beach. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I hope to stay there again, and I will tell my friends how nice this place is. We were in 701.

Check in was easy. The condo was clean and appliances were adequate.
The owner might consider replacing the mattresses.
The property is wonderfully situated at the beach. It is located near restaurants, a supermarket, and a Walmart.
Not sure why extra toilet paper was not provided, but the information guide did give forewarning.
I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

The location was perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable. Due to the amount of rain (4 of 7 days it would have been nice to have a smart TV to stream on.

We have not been to the beach in several years. The weather was fantastic. The location of our rental was very convenient, easy walk to the Hangout. Beautiful beach was just steps from condo. Had a nice time!

We wouldn’t change a single thing with our recent stay! Tremendous location. Easy walks to The Hangout, Bahama Bob’s, Lauria’s on the Beach, etc. The condo was in perfect shape and the heated pool was in great shape. The restroom that was poolside was such a good idea. Not having to run up to the room meant more time at the pool! The parking was super convenient also. Can’t wait to book here in the future!

We had a very enjoyable two months in our condo. This was the second year in the same unit and anything that needed attention the rental company took good care of us. The amenities could use a little updating but everything was in good working order.
Looking forward to coming back again next year!

The condo was in a great location and the access to the beach was excellent for moving items to the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. One thing to check is the condition of the clothes dryer needs to be checked as it makes a lot of noise when being used and the lent trap is coming apart. There is lent gathering behind the trap that needs to be removed as this could become a hazard.
We had a great time while there.

Overall good. However, floors were filthy. Would shower and by the tome you walked from bedroom to living room your feet were filthy.

Great rental and location. The only drawback is that we were on the 7th floor and the building had only one elevator.
