Not good. Condo too small for price, kitchen not big enough to cook in a not equipped well,people staying in other side of duplex paid 3000 less than we did? Would u explain that! Pool was green till last few days. Way over priced for what u got. We won’t be back

This side of duplex was clean and the furniture was nice. It's advertised as completely redone and there have been updates, but cost doesn't reflect some of the problems. One tv doesn't work, 2 bathrooms don't lock, which is an issue with a group. Drawer in kitchen falling apart, large stain on ceiling in living room. Main reason we rented was the pool. It was green and murky, nobody wanted to get in it. Pool was checked and we were told ph level was perfect, but family still didn't use.

Location is Excellent! Beach in front of house was not crazy crowded. Pool was a nice touch for a dip, but realize it is a shared pool with the adjoining side of the house. Layout of house is good. If you plan to cook, realize you need ALL the ingredients, even bring your own salt and pepper and sugar. That was a little weird to not have even the basic dry condiments. This house is definitely a RENTAL ONLY and the finish of the interior leaves much to be desired. But if you are not bothered by a lack of craftsmanship then you will be fine. Had a great week and all was well, even the weather!

This clean, up-to-date, spacious location right on the beach gave us a perfect place to gather our families. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils. The beds were comfy and rooms were nicely appointed. The smoke detector was chirping and it was attended to very quickly. I really appreciated their friendly and helpful attitude.

Beautiful and clean house right on the beach. Perfect location not far from the main Gulf Shores area, but far enough away to avoid huge crowds from big condos. The pool was perfect for the kids when they got tired of the beach.
Only 2 small negative things: The shared bathroom upstairs was a little small. It could help greatly to have mirrors available upstairs to allow people to get ready in places other than the small bathroom. Additionally, the walkway to the beach was a little overgrown. But neither of those things were a big deal.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

What else can I really say.
Yes the house is outstanding. Fully remodeled from top to bottom. It was very clean and well furnished. I would recommend this to anyone. We stayed at the pool, most of the days and to the beach early in the morning and late in the afternoon.

The location is perfect. Customer service through the property company was outstanding. What a great trip........ can’t wait to do it again.
