Welcome to the Doral Building of the Beach Club down Fort Morgan where you will enjoy gulf front views and sounds of the waves from your roomy balcony. This 1 bedroom with hall bunks, 1/5 bathroom features a king sized bed in the master and bunk beds in the hall with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The owner is a member of The Beach Club so you will have access to the many private amenities with a daily fee which you pay at the club desk for only the days you choose. The private amenities include: An indoor pool and luxury locker rooms with saunas, a fitness center, a game room, outdoor pool with seasonal poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, world class clay tennis courts, a tennis instructor, and scheduled children's activities.
You will have access (without the daily fee to the pool at the Doral building) to the Club Spa and Salon, and the fine dining restaurant and full bar located upstairs in the Clubhouse. Both have an outside patio with a beautiful gulf view. Or take the tram to the restaurant and bar near the entrance of the resort. There is onsite shopping for beach attire, souvenirs, and toys right next to an ice cream shop! Bring your basketball, there are goals in the West Parking area!
The Village Mercantile, Creamery, and Lawn area are places to check out. Fun, sun, relaxation, vacation. A getaway, is just a reservation away.
Internet is provided by the resort.
The Beach Club charges $40 for each parking pass. One pass is included in your reservation and additional passes can be purchased before your arrival through Signature Properties. We will need to know before you arrive, how many cars and the name of one individual in each car. You will check in with the guard as you enter the property and they will issue the parking pass to you.

The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club:
RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups) - Trailers - Buses - Boats and jet skis - Off road vehicles
*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.
There are two top class golf courses within 6 miles, Fort Morgan marina that offers offshore fishing just 7 miles from the resort, and historical Fort Morgan about 10 miles away or the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, to enjoy during your stay.
SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
