It has been a great winter stay for us. Loved the condo and so did our grand kids. The grand kids were so excited watching the dolphins swim by. We would sit on the balcony every morning, regardless of weather and have coffee.

We arrived on a Monday and were able to check in early. The view was amazing from the balcony. The condo was newly renovated and was very well stocked. We will definitely be adding this location to our return trip list.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable, probably the best mattress I have slept on in a rental. The kitchen was very limited as for as cooking utensils go but had enough to get by. The air conditioner worked great but you will need to keep the fan on “ON” to get a n even temperature in the bedroom. The balcony was great and had a great view of the beach, we really enjoyed eating breakfast and drinking our coffee in the morning out there. The elevator is slow but worked well. The condo being right on the beach was so nice to be able to go set up our tent and then come back up for lunch without having to pack it all to the beach the day. The shower is very nice the double sink in the master bathroom is great for two people getting ready at the same time. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future!

Wonderful stay at Nautilus. Facility is clean and the location is perfect. Having Beach umbrella service daily is a huge plus for our stay. Gerilynn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is attentive and quick to be helpful in every way. We have stayed her 4 times now and certain if we go back to area it will be a 5th time. Condo are clean and wife feels very safe staying here. We have done Ocean front and Ocean view and we enjoy both with the added bonus of sitting on deck each night listening to sound of water. Location is fantastic as it removes you from the hustle and bustle of being in Destin. Elevators are a little slow but this is certainly not a dealbreaker for us. We had yet another Wonderful Stay

Nice place. Everything you need. Right on the beach with a fantastic view. Easy booking and check-in/out process. Highly recommend. Only issue was the master shower was was a little clogged, but with all the sand, we kinda get other issues.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Nautilus 1506. Everything was perfect - from the condo, to the facility. But the showstopper, was the view from the balcony. It was the best view we have ever had! You will not be disappointed with anything this condo has to offer. We will be back!

Having stayed in Fort Walton on and off for the last forty-plus years, we were delighted to return to the Nautilus property. We enjoyed our stay with a tastefully decorated room, convenient beach access, a great view, and that beautiful white sand. A bit of a drive to find more choices for lunch or dinner, but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I love sunrises and sunsets. The master bedroom in l the perfect spot to watch beautiful sunrises and watch the waves while having coffee in bed. The balcony is perfect for sunsets and an evening cocktail. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. The guest in the second bedroom was comfortable with the twin beds although we thought the room had a full bed. This property was in the prefect spot for beach hopping. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future. Thanks so much for the ambience, location, comfort and care you all put in making staying at this property a serene, peaceful oasis.

My family and I were extremely pleased with unit 1506. The unit was very clean and comfortable. However, the balcony provided an absolutely breathtaking taking view of the beach and the fireworks from the Okaloosa pier.

The condo was great. It had everything we needed and was clean. The only issue we had was the master bed. It was very hard but we contacted the owner about a mattress topper and it was sent over that day. We were very pleased at how great they were at taking care of their guests. Thanks again. We absolutely LOVE The Nautilus. We have been staying here for the past 14 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect.

This was our second stay at Nautilus. My wife and I stayed in condo 1505 back in 2015 and loved the staff and views so much we decided to stay again August 29 - September 2 of 2021. This time we had two younger children. We decided to stay in condo 1506. Condo 1506 was amazing. Plenty of room for a family, large balcony and very clean and updated. Although we didn’t get to swim much due to Hurricane Ida, this condo felt like home away from home. You will not be disappointed in this condo.

I loved the rental. 2 complaints...the ice maker in fridge did not work and 1 towel for each person was not enough. I realize you don't want a lot of dirty towels but there were 4 of us. It would have been nice to have at least 2 each so you did not have to run to dryer each day before you took a shower.

With the exception of a couple of issues it was good. The last night before we left to come home; I was awakened at 1:00am by the guests in the condo above mine having a loud party on the balcony. There was loud music and the glass door to the balcony was constantly being opened and closed. My wife and I packed and left since there was no going back to sleep.

Great visit to Fort Walton Beach! Condo was perfect for our needs, clean and well-maintained. Property management people were very nice to work with and friendly. Old Bay Steamer was a favorite for drinks or dinner. Stewby's Seafood Shanty [Ft Walton Beach] Slippery Mermaid Sushi Bar [Navarre], Tommy Bahama happy hour [Sandestin], Boshamps and McGuire's Irish Pub [Destin] were delicious! Only drawback is very heavy traffic through and in Destin. Many restaurants do not take reservations or call aheads and have long waits if you go for dinner. Be sure to check out the beach towns on 30-A...well worth the nice drive. Enjoy!

The porch furniture is sturdy, in working order, and clean. The view is incredible!!

March 2021 (Spring Break). Check in was fast and easy. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were adequate. The pull out couch was ok for smaller kids but I would not suggest adults use it. There was only utensils in the kitchen, no condiments what so ever (not even salt and pepper), so be prepared to bring/buy what you need. The sea decorations are a nice touch but not if you have smaller kids around. Kids loved the heated pool, especially after the beach as it was cold. Our favorite spot was the balcony and the amazing beach view. The condo was a little farther away from the main area than we had thought however that's good, so you are away from the traffic.

We had a was very pleasant and relaxing stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Beach service was very good with the pandemic going on they made sure all the chairs were social distanced. Units were clean.

We loved this condo! It was clean & well stocked. It even had beach toys & chairs for our use. We highly recommend & will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the Nautilus several times & have always had excellent experiences. I really love that the beach is right there! Also, if you forget anything or need groceries, there is a Tom Thumb next door. No need to fight the Walmart or Publix crowd.

A home away from home. Only problem we had was the Internet in our unit wasn't working as well as the plug on the balcony. I never reported the plug on the balcony but the tech did try to get the Internet to work and almost beat me back to my room to get it done.

Nice and relax place to stay but need to fix the slide door from master bedroom, it's stucked and door handle fell off. The light outside on balcony is not working. The toilet in master bathroom need to bolt down tight.

Our stay at the Nautilus was a wonderful vacation! However, we were disappointed due to the numerous broken items in the condo when we arrived. The handle on the bedroom sliding door was completely off the door and placed under a table when we arrived. The pull string to the ceiling fan was completely detached upon arrival. The sliding door in the master bedroom was completely unusable because it had no handle nor would it slide without force. The kitchen sink was clogged and smelly from the moment we arrived through departure. The coffee maker never worked, the water leaked out each time we tried to use it. Despite this, Linda in the front office was wonderful and we love the Nautilus as a whole. This was our 4th year staying with you and we will return next year.

very good, we have rented the same unit twice now. I would say the owner needs to replace the 1 balcony chair and the carpet needs cleaned. Other than that, I love the property. Renting penthouse unit 1701 next year.
