It was amazing, very clean, easy beach access, nice sized pool. Wish there was more than one smoking section.

Wonderful vacation and I enjoyed my stayed. Loved the location. Unit was comfortable, cute and was very well stocked in the kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The beach staff for the chair/umbrella service was awesome. Resort Staff was very courteous. Check in and out was very easy. Gentleman who checked me in was very thorough with suggestions and recommendations. Very professional and courteous. I only had an issue with the staff member who called about a maintenance issue (not courteous)
Will definitely be returning for my next beach vacation.

We rented four condos, 604,612, 620, 623 from May 25-30. They were all clean, nicely decorated. Staff was great. We loved the pool, pickle ball courts, and that we were literally just steps from the pristine beach.

The room was beautiful with a perfect beach view. The bed was so amazing I found it hard to leave as it was the best nights sleep I’ve ever had !!!!!! Everyone was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in room 612. It’s right in the center next to the elevators and stairs with excellent gulf views! Our room was clean and well stocked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was that we lost a beach chair and towel. I had called the front desk to let them know our chair and towel were still at our beach set up and we might not make it back until dark (we had left them there when it started raining and planned to go back later that day when the rain stopped but it never really stopped raining.) The lady said it was no problem and she’d have a beach attendant bring them to front desk. They were never taken to the front desk and the beach attendant said he never heard anything about getting them. Not a huge deal but it was a little frustrating. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely return.

Highly recommend unit #612.... we have stayed at Holiday Surf and Raquet Club several times and we are very happy with our stay. We will continue to stay here when we come to destin every summer.
Unit 612 is beautiful. Amazing views and the condo has everything you need for a family to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal.
We love Destin so much and will be back in June 2021! Thanks so much!!

Property was clean and in great condition. Kitchen well stocked with needed cooking essentials. The only issue we had was upon check in the gate code given and then the room code given at front desk would not work. They were unable to reprogram, so they gave us a master key to use. Only a minor inconvenience. Excellent beach view.

We come to Destin twice a year and have been in area roughly 28 times. This was our first time at holiday raquet. We loved the staff, the free movies and the condo. Pretty short walk to the beach and they were making improvements. Only concern was beach erosion znd view from balcony is a wall looking out from living romm. Because its a corner unit in crease of building you feel like you are on balcony with your neighbors . This cannot be changed and I ferl as if pricing reflects this issue.

The condominium was great. We enjoyed our stay. The resort personnel were all very friendly and helpful. The view of the pool and ocean were excellent. We would definitely recommend #612.

Very nice and clean condo with a good view. The property was also very nice and clean. Having the beach chairs included in your stay is also great plus. The only negative is that the balcony is not very private. You can see everyone beside and in front of you from the balcony and we felt like they could also see in our room. Other than that we enjoyed our time there. Management was great and friendly and it was quiet place throughout the night.

This unit is very nice and I would recommend. We loved having the rental chairs and umbrella everyday. We could see the fireworks from the front hall on Thursday evening.

We have been there several times before. They are always updating the property. Noticeable updates this year. The lobby, painted exterior and exterior doors, new rails on the balcony, placing sod around structure while we were there. Laundry rooms were remodeled and updated with new washer, and dryers -- the stairs to the beach need to be replaced ... no washer/dryers in room but nice wash room that can use credit cards. Nice heated pool. Our room was dated -- comfortable bed -- not very comfortable furniture though good use of space. Nice television. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a good stay at the cando. Place was reasonably clean. W had just enough towels and could not get any extras. There is a plastic wrap on a mattress in the living room (sofa that becomes a bed), which was annoying, but at least we know it's clean. Quality of frying pans is suboptimal. I thought the mattress was comfortable in the bedroom.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful and had a beachy theme. The unit was stocked and had everything we needed every thing was clean the balcony view was breath taking the staff was friendly the pool was small but clean the beach was awesome sugar White soft sand and the water was a translucent emerald green. We love that we were provided a private on beach concierge can't wait to go back

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this complex. The view of the beach from the balcony is spectacular! You can hear the soothing surf clearly, and best of all, access to the beach is just across a private walkway. No need to drive or even cross a street.
The property feels safe and is clean & tidy. However, it should be noted that this is one of the older properties in the area. The accommodations are simple, not posh. The exterior of the complex (including balconies) would benefit greatly from a couple of coats of paint and minor cosmetic upgrades. This is the perfect place for the budget conscious who primarily come for the natural beauty & access to the beaches.
