We had a great stay at HSRC, the unit was the best! The only suggestion I have is that I wish the dining room table had been bigger to accommodate more than 4 people. I love sitting on the balcony in the mornings, drinking my coffee and watching the waves come in!

Amazing property! Went with friends for a 4 day vacation. This was our second time to stay at Holiday Surf and it was as great as our first visit. The location is convenient. The condo and property clean and well kept. We like that the beach and pool are right outside the door. All of the condos face the beach and pool. A beautiful view! We will be back.

My family stays at HSRC every year for vacation. The rooms are reasonably priced, staff is courteous, and view is great. We were pleased with our room and the overall experience booking through HSRC.

Excellent stay at the beautiful Holiday Surf and Racquet! Brought the entire family for a stay in the 2 bedroom with 2 fulls and a queen bed. Was a perfect fit for us. Beautiful room that I would definitely choose again and again. Location was central to all our favorite things to do and eat in Destin. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Our beautifully decorated unit (515) was extremely clean and just as described!! It was fully loaded with everything needed and loved that there was a private washer and dryer just outside the entrance to the unit. We loved the location and proximity to restaurants, fun and shopping but also the peace and quiet while at the resort/beach area!! The grounds and pool area was well maintained and beautiful!! The staff was amazing and friendly! I would highly recommend and would definitely reserve again!! I was so glad a friend recommended to me!! I look forward to another stay with my family!!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. There were so many amenities! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The building itself was very nice. I have stayed in a different unit previously and it was a great experience, however there were multiple issues with unit 515, it was supposed to sleep 6 and only had a king and 2 twin beds. The wall decor was missing and furniture was not the same as advertised. In addition we had 2 water leaks that needed fixed and the air mattresses provided had holes in them. I can say that Wayne was very helpful with all our needs and took care of us in a timely manner along with the other staff. I will not stay in unit 515 again but may return to Holiday Surf and Racquet in a different unit.

Great location. Beautiful and clean beach. Loved the convenience of the beach service. Great HVAC. W/D was a plus. All beds need to be replaced. Small but nice balcony. Overall, nice condo. Would stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club again!

We usually have a great experience here. We have been staying for over 12 years and never had a problem. We have 7 people and the room was listed that it sleeps 6, when we got there it only slept 4. The manager gave us 2 blow up mattresses which took up our whole living room and dining room. We had to keep pumping them up and couldn't spend time together as a family to eat or watch tv. We had to stand around the kitchen unfortunately. Also, it was being remodeled, so the pictures were down as well. The sink in the master did not drain well, so you have to wait and turn water off to keep using it. We love family time in the evening to play games and sit around each other to eat and watch movies. We couldn't do it because of the 2 big mattresses in the way. The one nice perk is there is a washer/dryer personally with this unit. The manager called the owner and they only offered us $150 back due to the listing being wrong. Our stay was almost 3K. We wouldn't have got this room if it slept 4 for a family of 7 :(

Unfortunately this was the worst room I have stayed in at HS&R mainly due to the beds in both bedrooms. All three mattresses need to be changed. The floors were very sandy and dirty. The AC was great during the day but the rooms got very warm at night. It could use some updating.

The condo was very clean. It was comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella & chairs, plus easy access to the beach. The washer & dryer in unit were must haves, plus the towel exchange was a nice surprise.The staff at the resort were super friendly & helpful.Our only concern was the mattress in the master suite was uncomfortable.A good mattress would make for better sleep & less aches in the morning.

Nice stay. Decent view. A little noisy due to the pool being right under the unit. However this unit does not accommodate 6. It does have a full
and 2 twins does does not have 2 sleeper chairs or a pullout couch. There are 2 small half broken metal cot style fold up beds with missing and broken pads.

This was our second stay with Holiday Surf & Racquet Club. The condo we were in was great! 2 bed, 2 bath and the bonus was private laundry! The condo was clean and modern. I would definitely book this unit again.

This condo is the best condo we have stayed in at the Holiday Surf and Racquet club. Decor was super cute and beachy and updated! We loved that there is no carpet, all tile. There were a few kitchen utensils that were not available....scissors, cookie sheets/pans, and muffin pan. But those are not deal breakers. We would definitely rent this condo again. It would be at the top of my list. Greatest greatest greatest thing about this condo......WASHER AND DRYER!!! We have stayed here (HSRC) many years past with no in condo washer/dryer. In my opinion, all owners should be made to place a washer/dryer in their units. It has been my biggest complaint over the years.....and caused us to stay elsewhere the past two years. But otherwise, great time! Nice clean facilities, pool, grounds. Hopefully will return in years to come....and hopefully washers and dryers will become more popular for owners.

When booking, the description said our room sleeps eight. That wasn’t true. There were two twin beds, a king size bed, and a popped air mattress. I notified the front desk, but nothing was done. Also, the master shower was broken. A Maintanence man came to our room to fix it but said he wouldn’t be able to fix it so be careful. Broken shower our entire stay. I was also under the impression that we had two patios... that wasn’t true either. Lastly, our room was not cleaned well. With the virus I expected a thorough cleaning. I do not believe the bedding was washed and items from the renters before us was left on the patio.

Holiday Surf and Raquet Club is a very good community with a beautiful ocean front location. The rental service and the beach service were great. However, we were disappointed in our two bedroom unit that was advertised to sleep 6 people. We took it that meant 6 adult sized people. The sofa in the den was not a sleeper and was not long enough for an adult to sleep on. The provided accommodations for guests 5 and 6 were a pair of twin fold out cots and that was stated in the description. However, the cots were not suitable for deep, even for a small child. They were basically big fold up frames with exposed metal springs. The pads were dinky, small cotton cloth covered plain foam about an inch thick. There were 2 air mattresses - both had holes and there wasn't a pump for either. Disappointing to spend this much money for a place and had to go to target and buy an air mattress.

Best things about this unit were; the excellent location in the building & view, use of the owner's washer & dryer and the maintenance & front desk staff. We stayed at the Holiday Surf in 2019 and had a GREAT unit but we wanted to get afternoon sun so we decided to try this unit. That turned out to be a bad idea. Now for the bad news! The 1st thing we noticed (I took pictures) was the mold build up on the master bath shower door, surrounding floor and fixtures. This was NOT light build up, it had been there a while and the maid couldn't get rid of it but I worked on it myself and at least got it to a usable condition. Additionally, the beds (especially the master bedroom bed) were horrible. My back hurt so bad from that bed that when we didn't have guests I slept in the guest room which wasn't a lot better. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain properly and the Fridge had so much ice built up on the compressor that the drawers got water in them. Maintenance took care of these things for us. Lastly, the placemats on the table were so stained that we went to Old Time Pottery and bought our own. Not sure why the owner couldn't have spent less than $12.00 to do that before they rented. I debated about giving a bad review but my sister-in-law who rents her condo in Florida said she would want to know if her renters had problems.

Was pleased with everything except there were no pullouts as advertised. Had a full grown that had to sleep on a love Seat for a week with her feet hanging off the edge. We would stay there again with a smaller crew, but it made for an uncomfortable week.

We had the best experience at Holiday Surf and Raquet Club. Our check in was effortless and everyone was so helpful and accommodating at the front desk. Once we entered our condo we were blown away about how well it actually matched the pictures that were posted which is rare. We had a small issue with a broken barstool and the maintenance man showed up within an hour to fix it. The location is super convienant and close to everything. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach or pool and when the kids needed a snack or were ready for lunch we could just walk back inside and prepare something for was such a beautiful property and condo, we are already saying we are ready to book 515 again

We loved unit #515. We have been to Holiday Surf and Raquet Club 6 times and we will continue going. Our whole family loves it there. We have always had terrific experiences. Very clean and beautiful!

We decided last minute to take a trip to Destin and I started to search for a place to stay. After looking at over 50 condos, apartments, hotels, etc... I decided this was this place because the pictures showed how updated and clean it was. We were in awe when we arrived. Everything is perfect about this condo. It's gorgeous and has everything from pots, pans, full size fridge, stove, plates, eating utensils, toilet paper, towels, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, etc.. They had boogie boards for the kids and the décor was amazing. My only complaint was how hard the master bedroom's king size mattress was. They could definitely look into replacing it soon. Other than that the location is awesome. The beach is just steps away. They provide an umbrella and 2 chairs per condo. The pool isn't huge but it's a decent size and clean. The elevators are fast and you don't have to wait long. There are restaurants, grocery stores and drug stores nearby. Overall, we were extremely pleased. I'm very picky and won't stay just anywhere! So we will definitely stay here again if we go back to Destin.(side note: I sent a message to the email they provided asking about the access code on 6/16 and I just got back a reply 6/22 that I'll get the access code when I get there. 6 days later!!! We're already back home from our vacation! So if you need info don't send an email call them instead."
