Location was wonderful property was extra clean. Staff was super friendly. My only complaint is the mattress in the king bedroom. Honestly it was horrible. It needs to be replaced.

My family and myself have never visited this part of Florida and we found it to be very beautiful with the white and the crystal clear water. The rental unit (314) was clean, spacious and accommodating. The property is well maintained and offer some nice amenities. The reservation process was easy and convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The condo itself was great. The staff was extremely helpful. Everything was extremely clean. However, There were a few issues that made our stay a little disappointing. The icemaker did not work. There were no instructions for the TV and it took us at least two days to figure out why we kept losing a picture on the television. And the beach service, while free, was quite a hassle because you had to go down every morning and reserve it with a towel instead of getting your reservation for the week of your stay.

We were disappointed that the AC was out most of our trip and even when mgmt said it was repaired, we were still pretty hot, especially at night. It stayed about 78 degrees, which is hot. The ice maker never worked for us even after we reported it and they were supposed to repair it. They never showed up. The master bed mattress is awful! We were sore every day and would wake up almost falling off the bed because of the way the mattress slanted down. The price wasn’t extravagant, but even at the rate we paid, the air should work, repairs that were promised should be made, and the mattress really does need to be replaced. Everything else was nice. The location was great, the pool was nice, and overall the condo was ok. We would rent again if at the very least, the mattress was replaced.

The facilities were clean and family friendly. The rental was very spacious and all the appliances were clean and working wonderfully. The ocean/beach access was great and the kids love every moment of it. One of the things we like about this unit was its location close to restaurants, fun parks and the souvenir stores.

The unit,313, was very clean upon arrival. The unit had been freshened- the kitchen and bathroom both had been upgraded. That made for a very enjoyable stay.

Overall the facility and our room was clean and kept up. The gym was supposed to open at 6am every day and somedays they didnt open until 730. twice the police were called to shut doen the pool hours early because kids were chanting belly flop by the pool. Kids will be kids and all someone had to do was walk out and say hey can yall keep it down. the lady at the front desk walked by twice and never said a word and then the police show up to close the pool down. The cops were laughing that this is why they were called. If you have a pool closing time of 10 then people should expect to hear people until then. Staff needs to learn how to address a situation head on and it would have been handled in minutes.

It was great! Great rental, great location, great view! I have no complaints at all and would stay there again. Also, LOVED the free beach chairs and umbrellas!!

The front desk staff was the rudest people I’ve met in a customer service setting. The organization is not great. The owner of the condo we stayed in was the sweetest you’d meet; however the staff at the facility was another story. We spoke to MULTIPLE other families that were staying there and they had the same issue with front desk being very rude and not friendly. We won’t be staying here again simply because the staff was awful.

We loved unit 314! It was perfect for our family. We stayed during Covid 19 and the staff worked so hard to keep everything sanitized for us, especially the elevator area. Everyone was so friendly. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is the only place in Destin we will stay. We hope to stay in 314 again next year.

Our room was very clean ...did not have a lot of cooking/baking items ( no baking sheets, cake pans ). Main complaint this year is the beach tags that had to be put on the chairs every morning to ensure your place on the beach. Honestly, I don't think many people enjoy getting up at 6:00-6:30 every morning of their vacation to reserve their spot on the beach. As usual, Scott and his assistant Russell were very courteous and helpful .

Rented for two nights and was unable to come the first due to the fact that the facility was within the storm surge area. Had en overnight ER visit with my dad who was coming along and didn't even arrive until early evening on Sunday with checkout Monday. The pool was closed. There was no beach access. The patio furniture had not been put back outside. The walkway from the elevator to the room was VERY slippery. Spent way too much money for the amount of stay.

This condo was in a great location, the unit is clean, updated, and the building managers were very accommodating. Love that they had beach chairs for the condo renters. I would stay here again. Great experience!

We had a good time at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We were able to check in early and the unit was clean. Facility is close to shopping and eating places and it is just a short walk to the beach. The check in staff was very helpful and receptive to the comments that we made on departure.

We have stayed at Holiday Surf 2 other times and all at different condos. Very clean, great location, beach and pool is awesome. Uber is cheap to go anywhere. Shopping of any sorts is close by. Can't ask for anything more than maybe a bar at the beach. Very quite.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The unit was exactly as shown on the web site. Everything we needed was included. Caesar, the handyman was always working, pleasant and helpful. The front office staff could not have been nicer. Had wonderful ideas as to where to eat as well as sight see. We enjoyed it so much we will be back next year.
