This condo was very nice! The view of the beach from the balcony wasn't epic, but you have to expect that with the 3rd floor. It was still beautiful and you can see the beach. The furniture was really nice (mattresses were all SUPER comfy, even the sleeper sofa!!). We love the facilities of this property. Will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Probably ones of the best places ever stayed had my 15 old daughter and one of her friends with me felt very safe and it was so clean and our room was perfect. We have friends that have been going for over 20 years to this Condo and they had nothing but good to say. Planning on coming back to same place next year. Our room was 310 it was extremely nice I would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed 4 nights with our grandson for his 16th birthday trip. 310 was very clean and nicely appointed, we appreciated the Keurig and coffee pot so my wife could enjoy her flavored coffee and we could enjoy normal coffee. The beds were comfortable (we have a Sleep Number at home). The property was well maintained, we saw someone outside every day making sure the pool area was safe and clean.
My grandson and I enjoyed parasailing at Pelican Adventures. The folks in the office and the crew were all very nice and had our safety I mind at all times. We also enjoyed many good meals (albeit a bit pricey). The best meal was at Louisiana Lagnaippe a short distance from the condo and second best was The Back Porch (about a 20 minute drive in early June).
We enjoyed it enough to want to return for a couples long weekend in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We felt safe, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, homey feel, beautiful decor, clean, equipped kitchen, games, private beach, free chair and umbrella service and linen exchange included. A/C was cold, water pressure and temperature good. Plenty of room for 8 of us and all of our stuff! We would definitely come back and stay again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. This was our first time to Destin and the condo (310) was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable and peaceful. My kids loved the pool along with pickle ball and the shuffleboard. Beachfront location and beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club 310. The property is located right on the beach with excellent beach views. Our condo overlooked the pool and tennis courts also. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores.

#310 is an excellent choice. The amenities are great. the beds are very comfortable. the location is convenient to whatever you want to do. This was our second stay at this unit and we will definitely be back!! Perfect get-a-way!!

We stayed here when or kids were young & we all bed it, years later back with friends to stay. We all loved the Room, very nice & on the balcony to see the pool below & ocean & beach from balcony s fantastic!

Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is a very quiet and relaxing place. If you are looking for a place that is very family friendly this is it. Convenient location to restaurants and grocery store.

This is one of my fav places to stay since it is right on the beach (up to par for swimming pursposes) for the value. I chose this specific room because it said it sleeps 8 but did not come with a blanket for the sofa sleeper which I did not want to have to buy. Otherwise units are clean, super efficient and no moldy smells or bugs.

Our stay at HSRC was perfect! Our unit was on the ground floor, so easy with small children. Beautiful yard for the children to play and yet just steps away from the pool or the ocean, both of which are gated from the kids.

The resort was clean, the process of checking in and reserving your chairs/umbrellas was simple and well organized. The unit was clean, but showed decent wear and tear. The kitchen and living room was nice and updated, the bathrooms and beds need to be updated, though. For the rental price, I would have expected the condo to be in just slightly better condition, however it was certainly adequate and met all of our needs for a great family vacation.

We have stayed in room 310 every year for the last several years. It is up to date with it appliances and has lots of seating and room for other visitors to the room. The whole condominium was clean and you saw people actively cleaning throughout the day. We will continue to go to holiday surf and racquet and continue to rent room 310 :)

Great place to take the family and fantastic views with direct access to the beach. The umbrella service is EXCELLENT and made the beach time just perfect. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place to stay. People were so friendly and accommodating. Condo was beautiful and easy. We especially liked the fact that there were two bathrooms. Pool was very nice. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Easy access to the beach. The fact that we got an umbrella and two chairs on the beach was very helpful since we are older and did not need to walk far. As far as the other questions we were very satisfied with our stay, very satisfied with property general condition and very satisfied with location. Property was spotless and property management was very professional.

weather could have been better. Upgrades to outside of the building and lighting are very nice. Beach staff does a great job as always. Its our 4th visit to Holiday Surf and stayed in 4 different rooms, all have been satisfying.

Our condo was very nice and well furnished. We did have a couple of problem (microwave did not work, eye on stove was not working, and air conditioner did not seem to cool as it should). The beach was clean and the front desk attendants were helpful. I would recommend this property for your stay. We would return.
