This place is great! We have stayed here three times and this is the only place we will continue to stay at for upcoming vacations to the panhandle. Location is the best! Very clean and nicely decorated. This unit also has a pantry.

Very nice 2 weeks, every thing worked in the condo(117) sink in the bathroom is not ideal and the floor was not real clean but overall we were very satisfied.

We had a great time! Our first time to stay at this condo and we will definitely be back. The room was nice and we enjoyed the pool. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and the ramp was so helpful. My cousins enjoyed using the tennis courts as well. Look forward to next year!

Resort was very nice. Everything was as depicted online. The email communication was superb. Check in was quick and painless. Overall experience was great. Weather was nice but could have been better further south.

It was great! The unit was as described. Enjoyed both the pool and playing pickleball. Staff was very friendly. It was great to be part of snow birds. The beach service was not free.

We have been staying at Holiday Surf every summer for almost 20 years. This year by far was the best. We have stayed in several rooms over the years but this room was beyond my expectations. It was beautiful, very well designed, had everything we needed. The staff was wonderful, everyone from housekeepers, pool guy, maintance, and especially the front desk. Every morning I enjoyed talking to them. They were so nice and any concerns I had was addressed immediately. This place is worth spending your summer vacation at.

We enjoyed visiting Destin and staying at this place. It was super close to the beach and had lots of amenities. We learned how to play shuffle board and got better at tennis.
We would recommend this place to people that enjoy being active. Fun in the sun!

We love Destin and Holiday Surf. This was my third stay and have always had a great experience! We love the beach chair service and the tennis/pickleball courts. I utilized the laundry and gym...both were clean and easy to access. I’ll be returning next year!

We have been coming to HRSC since 2006 and it’s always been an awesome experience. We were a bit disappointed this year as our condo wasn’t ready until just before 5pm. We’ve never waited this long to get into our rental before. When we got there at 3 we were told it was in inspection, for 2 hours? Frankly we’d been up for 36 hours at that point and just wanted to relax. Our condo was very nicely updated and very well equipped! The check in situation won’t prevent us from returning, it was just out of the norm from our previous years there.

This was a multi family vacation and with most of us staying on the bottom floor snd having the conveniences so handy, this was on of our best vacay’s ever!! We have small children but felt safe enough for them to run between rooms from patio to patio. Beach was exactly what we needed!!

We stayed in room 106 and it was updated and a very nice stay. The light under the microwave was burned out and I could not find a dust pan to sweet the sand into. It would be a huge plus if the owners had something like a little shark vacuum for people staying there to use to suck up all of the sand that gets tracked in.
The one thing that we did not like was that there are no washers and dryers in the unit. So we had to lug our laundry to the 4th or 6th floors. This would not be such an issue if towel exchange was offered every day instead of just on Tuesdays and Fridays. People are on vacation when at the beach and the last thing you want to have to do is make several trips to and from the laundromat. Towel exchange daily should definitely be considered and if that is impossible, every other day at the bare minimum. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We will call before booking next time to see if there are more towel exchange days available than twice a week.

This condo was so cute and clean! I loved that it was on the first floor and provided easy beach access and parking lot access. It was quiet and peaceful. Location is great, and the beach was not overly crowded. We also liked the DVD rentals for rainy days or just hanging out at night. Condo had everything we needed. Only dislike was that the couch was not super comfortable. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location. This particular weekend they were working on the beach which was somewhat of a nuisance. It was our first time in Destin and we had to look at that all day/night while looking out at the beach. They said they were done Sunday but we left on Monday morning.

Our family of five stayed here very comfortably. We have theee kids 11, 8, and 6. They have a pull out couch and a super comfortable pad for the couch. Then they have two foldable twin beds with three piece cushions that you tie down. They were as comfortable and could use another layer of an egg crate but for young kids they were fine. The king bed was wonderful and their decor was lovely. We were right near the pool right outside the gate which is what we wanted to keep little ones from getting in the pool alone. It was a great unit and I would highly recommend it. The only thing I wish it had was hooks on the wall on the patio. There were none and you are not allowed to hang towels and swimsuits on the railings to dry so we were hanging things every place we could which was annoying because all the seating was taken. But other than that minor issue it was great!

we knew the unit was small because we have stayed in one bedroom units before. Being on the ground floor is perfect : walk out the back porch to the beach and tennis. Recently upgraded and remodeled, all was fresh. Only one issue : the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, sags in the middle. Otherwise, nice place for a couple to stay and be close to everything.

We enjoyed our time at the Holiday Surf& Racquet. The room was nice, the mattress was a little uncomfortable, but was sleep-able. My only problem was that I received a coupon code the day after I booked the room and when I called about it, I was told I couldn't use it because the room was already booked. I was not happy about that.

Have stayed here several times now but this was the first time on the ground floor. The view isn't as good from there but it is hard to beat the convenience of walking out the back door to the pool or beach and being able to park right outside your door. No wrestling with luggage carts , shopping carts, and elevators. We will always come back to HSRC!

We love HSRC. We have been here nearly 8 times. We enjoy the beach set up, the tennis courts, the swimming pool, and of coarse the views. The renovations look great as well as the updated rooms.

We really enjoyed this condo and it's ground level location. Being able to walk out the back patio to head to the beach/pool and not have to wait on an elevator was really convenient. Loved the updated decor and very clean. Large living room and bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom was on the smaller side. Only negative was my fault for not reading into unit description - No washer/dryer in the unit. I have never stayed in a unit that didn't have one so I assumed it would be there. Conveniently located to many shops/restaurants. You could even bike/maybe walk to a few. Would recommend this unit to a small family or couple.

This is my 5th time staying at Holiday Surf and Racquet. I have been very satified with the condos that I have stayed in each time. The access to the beach and heated pool is perfect especially from the 1st floor! I will be back in October! I will continue to stay at Holiday Surf every time I visit Destin!

I've been coming to HSR for 39 years. It is my only destination in Fl. This unit needs some TLC! The bathroom wall was caving in, the microwave didn't work and the sliding door wouldn"t lock.

We love Destin and this was our 3rd stay at HSRC. The 1st floor is so convenient. Happy to have carpet in LR for my kids. DVD didn't work.
