Beautifully decorated condo, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Unfortunately, the mildewy smell knocks you out when you walk in the door. There was food under the master bed upstairs, the furniture wasn't comfortable to sit on, and the dirt on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom and all around the baseboards shows they are definitely not getting their money's worth from the cleaning service.
Besides the interrer issues, the last two days/nights of our "relaxing" vacation was spent listening to workers covering the exterior of the entire building with scaffolding. The noise was awful. Besides all this, at least it was very expensive.

We stayed in #204 at the Seafarer and it was amazing! This condo is beautiful! It was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was equipped better than any condo I’ve ever stayed in...everything you would need and more. The views were spectacular! We like that the Seafarer is a smaller set of condos, therefore it is less crowded on the beautiful beach out front. We had the best time and we will definitely be back for a third stay at the Seafarer!!

We have stayed in this rental several times and it never disappoints. It has a nice kitchen and the bathrooms are modern. It is always clean. We have stayed in other rentals at the Seafarer but this is our favorite. You can’t go wrong with any of the units here.

We had an awesome week. The Destin Seafarer is a small condo complex that is perfect for our family. This year is our 13th year staying there and we are already booked for 2024.

We have stayed at the Seafarer for years and it never disappoints, unit 204 was perfect. Beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a great trip.

Such a wonderful location. Right in the heart of Destin and so near to any place you want to go. Can’t wait to get back there.

We have been staying at this resort for at least 25 years and really enjoyed it. We love the location, closeness to beach, not a high riser therefore not a lot of crowds. However the prices have skyrocketed for the past three years. At the current price break, I would not recommend this property to any of my friends.

We have been going to The SeaFearer since I was in diapers, now in my 30s. It never lets us down. Great location. Kind staff. It’s a great place to go and relax.

We had a huge problem with mold/mildew. As soon as we walked in you were taken back by the smell. This was the most expensive condo we have rented so far on the coast and it was by far the worst. The whole condo needed a paint job. Couldn’t use tv remotes due to corrosion of batteries. Could of used a vacuum before we entered. The fan in our upstairs bedroom had a layer of dust on it that I didn’t even want to turn it on. The toilet paper that was still there was disintegrating as you grab it. Couldn’t turn on lights in living room missing switch. I just think no one was in there for a long time. The unit was closed up for a long time. The front desk clerk was so miserable. Annoyed with you when you walked in. I wouldn’t recommend this place just because I would be embarrassed that I suggested it knowing all the issues we had. There were definitely some things we loved about this place. Not all bad.

This was our first time to Destin Beach, we walked into our condo and it was beautiful! It looks just like the pictures on the website. the beach and water was beautiful too! What we liked about this unit is that the master suite was upstairs and had its own beach balcony that we could wake up slow and have our coffee. We took our two oldest teenage grand daughters and they like that they had the downstairs and their balcony also. Previous condos we have stayed in everything was all on the main level. Location was great close to shopping, Walmart, and great seafood restaurant's! We would stay here again :)
