Was great the only issue I had was with the beach chairs not available after October 31, I was told to go to Walmart and buy some and bring them back when we left. There should be a better option.

Pictures matched the condo perfectly - exactly what we expected. We SO enjoyed our first stay at Corral Reef Club. The location is perfect as we were able to walk to grocery store if we needed something, Al's Island for beach items, restaurants were close and most importantly the beach was steps away. I highly recommend for anyone who wants beachfront location.
The only thing I would appreciate would be laundry and dish soap, more paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, stuff like that. Most rentals we've used supply plenty and we had to go down and ask for more of those things. The pullout bed was not comfortable, even for kids - ended up just sleeping on couch. Overall, an excellent stay though and we play to come back!

Coral Reef Club is our favorite place to stay in Destin. The condo is clean and appears to be well maintained. The beach service is excellent and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. The views are amazing and it is the perfect location in Destin.

Great place. Love the location, Beach service is great, and the office personnel are great. Only complaint is the sofa needs to be updated but great weekend at the beach.

Beautiful condo was perfect for 5 adults and one toddler. Great location and beautiful view. Destin Realty was very responsive and very helpful. We've stayed in Branson a number of times and this is definitely a place we'll return in part due to the great job by Destin Realty.

Very disappointed in the quality and comfort of the beds and couches. Old appliances, dishwasher on last leg and no garbage disposal. Location is great. Would be a 5 star with some updates.

We have been staying at Coral Reef Club for 10 years, and this was our 2nd time in unit 37. Coral Reef Club is like a second home to us, even if we are only there one week a year. Unit was clean, and nicely furnished. Everything worked as expected. The high top table on the porch was nice, as we spent the evenings out on it. We've recommended Coral Reef Club to our friends, and several have now made it their vacation destination as well. Cant wait to come back!

Had an AMAZING time here! Condo was VERY clean, location is superb, and beach was top notch clean. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful for every need. Aside from the minor repairs going on, it never got in the way or caused inconvenience. Definitely will be staying here again!

We've been coming to CRC for about 9 years now. This year, we were in Condo #40. First time on 3rd Floor, Single Bedroom. I like this condo because I don't hear footsteps above me like the lower floors. Condo is nice and I will try to stay in it next year. But, it is dated in every way. Needs new appliances, Master Mattress, and Bath Updates. Found skillets, Toaster, Blender, and stove/oven to be dirty on arrival. Not a big deal....but cleaning folks need to be more diligent. We don't do a lot of cooking...Please just take these critiques as observations. Still, the best kept secret in Crystal Sands and I will come back. WE LOVE IT HERE!!!

Great location, everyone was friendly But the property was needing and going through slowly lots of repairs. It was a turn off to see so many on every floor. The elevator's walls were So dirty and disgusting. We saw a lady wiping them down once but she had just cloth no Disinfectant
Our room was on 3 rd floor which I highly recommend because lots of children, running and noise.
Our room # 37 had fantastic ocean front views But definitely needing up grading! The lighting was very dark in bedroom and bathroom, no hair dryer none of the simple necessities usually a rental condo would have
The room wasn’t welcoming at all with the dark wood and furniture
Such a shame because such a wonderful location, looks better on website than in person
The bathroom faucets definitely needed to be cleaned, looks like it was just a fast cleaning job before the next attendant
The ac worked perfectly and our room was nice and cool upon arrival
The beach was beautiful with comfortable chairs along with umbrellas
Destin is wonderful place to vacation, everyone so extremely nice and food delicious everywhere we ate

This is a very nice unit. The TV in the living room is wonderful! Extra large screen with great clarity. However, the sofa over usage has turned into a taco couch dipping badly in the middle. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. The king size bed is extremely firm. Too hard recommend a mattress foam pad for it. Otherwise if I rented this unit again I would bring my own foam pad for the bed.
