Ingredients
1 pound Royal Red shrimp
6 high-quality split top hot dog buns
4 tablespoons salted butter - melted
1 celery stalk - finely chopped
½ cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
¼ cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Ready a large bowl of ice water and set aside. Gently place shrimp into the boiling water and stir. When the water returns to a boil, shrimp are done. With a slotted spoon, place the shrimp into the bowl of ice water to cool.
Mix the cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, celery, and dill in a bowl. Peel and devein shrimp and cut into half-inch pieces. Stir the shrimp into the cream sauce.
To Serve
Brush the hot dog buns with the melted butter and toast under the broiler (make sure to watch closely so they do not burn!) for a few minutes. Fill each bun with shrimp and serve.
