The exterior of this home offers underhouse concrete parking, a private swimming pool, a covered entry, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and a parkstyle grill. The porch swing, picnic table, poolside dining, and lounge chairs offer lots of seating to relax and take in the sun and Gulf breezes. Enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The first floor has a charming coastal decor and offers an open livingdiningkitchen area with a TV, gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors opening to the covered deck and screen porch. There is a separate study area for workingstudying remotely and a half bathroom on this floor.
The spacious kitchen with stainless appliances is equipped with everything you need to prepare coastal feasts, and the open layout of the first floor means wonderful coastal views from every room. The dining table and bar counter with stools provide plenty of seating at mealtime.
