This unique, Perdido Key beach house can accommodate up to 10 people in one of three equally sized connected properties with four bedrooms and four bathrooms each. Each portion of the dog-friendly triplex property comes with a shared balcony overlooking a beautiful stretch of the Gulf of Mexico. There's also a street-side shared balcony. These balconies offer plenty of space to relax, watch the sun rise or set, and catch up with your favorites as you enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. You'll find ample seating along with picnic tables on the balcony facing the Gulf. There's a boardwalk leading to the beach, allowing vacationers to avoid stepping on dunes. An outdoor shower makes it a breeze to keep sand outside where it belongs. Plan a cookout using one of the barbecue grills downstairs. There's also covered parking beneath each portion of the triplex house.
Inside each portion of the triplex, you'll find an open floor plan with a door that connects one section to another. Each primary bedroom has its own private balcony. The kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, is conveniently laid out with granite countertops and the kitchenware you need to prepare meals for a large group. The dining table is amply sized for eating meals together or gathering for a night of playing board games. The openness of the kitchen and dining space inspires friends and family to mix and mingle.
When you choose this house, you'll find yourself immersed in the peacefulness of Perdido Key. Meaning 'Lost Key' in Spanish, Perdido Key is known for its natural habitats—beaches, bays, bayous and estuaries—that are home to ospreys, dolphins and loggerhead turtles among other wildlife. Pay a visit to Gulf Island National Seashore to explore all of the wonder of the area. Or, if golf is on the agenda, be sure to book a tee time at nearby Lost Key Golf Club. The National Museum of Naval Aviation is a short drive away. And there are also numerous shops and restaurants nearby, including the iconic Flora-Bama Lounge & Package Store, home of the annual Interstate Mullet Toss!
