The second bedroom also has its own private porch. Other features of this upscale and elegant vacation rental unit include a separate den for additional comfort and privacy, granite countertops, a fullsize refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a walkin shower and twin sinks. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players. Per Indigo HOAs request, all guests are required to provide the license plate numbers to their front desk before their arrival date in order to keep a record of everyone whos staying on their property. This property has ongoing construction for repairs stemming from Hurricane Sally. There will be no accommodations or discounts given for disruptions caused by construction.
Beginning October 2022, major construction will be taking place on the grounds of Indigo East. The outside of the building will undergo stucco work and painting as well as work on balconies. There will be no access to balconies for guests. There will be loud noise and drilling on the property between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scaffolding will be in use and possibly drones. This is a full construction project by the HOA. The projected time of completion is late January 2023. This timeline is an estimate.
