We reserved this unit the night before due an unforeseen issues with a different rental company. This unit was very clean and in good condition. The location was perfect for us.

The condo was so comfortable and felt like home. The property itself and people there were great! The pool/pool area is very well maintained and was always so clean. The private dock was probably our favorite thing. Catching the sunsets from it was amazing. Just sitting out there on the water was very peaceful. Easy walk to Tom Thumb's and a great beach that was not packed. Just overall great location! Will be back!!

Great unit, except for all the steps! But it was worth the walk to get up to it. Make sure you're able to carry all your stuff up the stairs; there is not an elevator. Very much enjoyed the unit balcony and the property. We had stayed at Santa Rosa Dunes before and wanted to go back to that particular property. My husband can fish from the dock without a license; I can walk straight across the street over the board walkway to the beach. We plan to stay at the Dunes again in the future. Low key and very restful place. Nice pool area too. Kitchen was better equipped than some we've stayed in before.

The check in process was very user-friendly considering we were a late check-in and the staff was very friendly. All the staff at Paradise were very easy to work with. Our rental was in the perfect location easy access to everything. Cute little condo right on the sound.

OUR VACATION RENTAL WAS GOOD NO REAL COMPLANINTS
EXCEPT THE LAST ONE WE STAYED AT HAD SHEETS AVAILABLE AND EXTRA BEACH TOWELS IF NEED BE. THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY RECOMMENDATION FOR THE NEXT GUEST

It is like the name says, it is on the Sound/Bay side and the colors and decor make it feel cheerful. We enjoyed seeing the boats going by as we sat out on the balcony. For the money, it was a great place for us to stay.Also we could walk to Peg Leg Pete's to get some of the finest seafood around !

Great location right across the street from the beach, and very close to a convenience store and restaurant, which reduced the need to drive anywhere. The pool was less than a 5 minute walk, with a shaded sitting area, restrooms, and overall was very clean.
The property is about a mile from the boardwalk, which means it's fairly quiet, away from the bars and restaurants, which is great for families. There is a free shuttle, with a stop a 2 minute walk from the front door, for easy and free transportation to the boardwalk and rest of the island.

We have stayed many times on Pensacola Beach and this place is very nice. Nice view of the sound. The property was clean but did lack some bedding. It is located on the second story and the bedrooms are upstairs, so there are quite a few stairs. A short walk to the beach.

Santa Rosa Dunes is my very favorite place to stay. It is like a little piece of haven. We love having the sidewalks in front of the complex so we could walk daily. The gulf just across the street is a big plus. My husband and I had 28 glorious days. The views and sunsets just take your breath. This was our 2nd long rental with Paradise Beach and was treated with the upmost professionalism. They helped me make this vacation happen.

This rental was quite nice, decorated nicely. The kitchen was adequately supplied. Some cleaning issues were overlooked. We ran a load of dishware and silver, as they were not very clean, before using. And some spills on top of cabinets and tabletops needed wiping up. The bedspread and table cover in 2nd bedroom needed laundering. We didn't want to be responsible for ruining them by laundering.

Loved the rental property. Very spacious and stocked well with everything we needed. Upstairs got a bit toasty, but luckily there are fans in each room and the bathrooms. Loved the view of the ocean from upstairs and from our large balcony. Great stay for the money!

This is a nice bright, cheery place. Enough bathrooms for all. Beds are nice, but too many stairs for me. they require you to bring the keys in for check out. Lucky I have a relative there because our 15 hour drive wouldn't have begun until 11am if I had to do it myself. The office hours are very limited for what they require from their tenants.

The condo was in a great location, however I was disappointed that we could not connect to the wifi the entire time we were there and that the bathtubs were not clean. Otherwise I was happy with the condo.
