Really great place to stay. We stayed here the year before and there were a couple of "minor" issues that we found to be all resolved this year. It seems like the owners really pay attention to feedback and do a very good job maintaining the property.
We will be looking to stay here again next year!

The rental was cleaned well and tidy, couldn't even tell people stayed there before us and was as described in the listing. This condo sits right on the beach and the building has a pool which we loved! The condo also has a washer and dryer which was awesome for washing towels and swimsuits when needed! I'm very appreciative of the Paradise Beach Home staff as well because I accidentally left all of my daughters swimsuits in one of the bedroom drawers and they called me to let me know and they shipped them back to my home! I was very impressed that they were willing to do this for us! Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and will definitely book through Paradise Beach Homes in the future!

Paradise Beach Homes was very friendly and easy to work with. Our condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer.
We especially loved the balcony. It had more than enough furniture for my family of 4 to sit outside and enjoy the incredible view. We ate breakfast out there almost every day. Can't get more perfect than that. I would definitely rent from PBH again!

Everything exceeded my expectations. The condo was comfy, convenient, and perfectly situated. The check-in/ check-out process was seamless and Joe and the gang are consummate professionals. Plan to make it back many more times in the next few years. Thank you guys!

This condo was in a perfect location. Not far from town but far enough so we weren't in the middle of everything. Condo was great with beautiful gulf view and plenty of beach space.

Picked this condo specifically to watch the Blue Angels and for the furniture on the balcony. Wanted to relax. We could see part of the show from the balcony day one. We walked further down the beach for a better look day two. We walked to Casino Beach for the main show on day three. Six miles round trip. It was totally worthwhile! This condo was great! The place was clean with everything we needed. We were so lucky to have three great days. Only thing missing was hand soap in the bathrooms but we just used our own. Also be careful on the balcony chairs. Snagged my sweater due to the roughness of the wood. The furniture was comfortable with a totally amazing view! We would stay here again.

It was wonderful. Perfect location away from the big crowds but right on the trolley route. Master bedroom had the BEST view!
Only complaint is mattress in master bedroom is uncomfortable.

Our Family stayed here and it was perfect. Our son and his girlfriend flew in from Colorado and there was a surprise engagement. The place is clean and quiet and plenty of room for family games. The balcony had plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. A short walk to the beach and the pool was great too. There is also a trolley stop right across the street. We would highly recommend this unit.

It was great from start to finish. We brought two of our four grands with us and the condo was perfect for the four of us. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived and we just can’t complain about anything.

Loved the place.There were four adults. Kitchen had everything we needed.I brought food from home so used lots of the kitchen items. The unit was clean and neat. The balcony provided both sun and shade. Check in was easy and any of the staff I had contact with was helpful and polite. Would absolutely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed the condo and Pensacola Beach so much that we purchased a condo unit two doors adjacent to the one we rented. This will be our permanent home. 505E was lovely, well equipped and appointed with a perfect view of the gulf.

The Condo was nice and decorated well. If you have smaller kids you may want to put up some of the breakable stuff. Bed in the master was a little firm but not bad. The bathroom off of the second bedroom had paint peeling off of the ceiling and an odor that was contained to just the bathroom. Overall was a nice place and furnished adequately. The condo was close to restaurants but far enough away the beach was not crowded. The pool and the lobby were clean. I hope to stay here again.

The condo is right on the beach and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Overall the property is well appointed and has plenty of room. Beds are very comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. There are many places to eat with in a 19 minute drive or you can take the Trolley.The only draw back is there is not a washer and dryer in the condo, but there is a laundry room in the lobby and we had no trouble accessing it.
This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in and it fit our needs perfectly.

It was a great stay, We got there early trying to beat the air show, and y'all let us go ahead and check in. We got to watch the blue angels from our room, they put on a great show. We stay on the beach the whole time we was there. We hope to come back in 2018,and stay with y'all again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much but I guarantee that it was cleaner when we left then when we got there. We had to even wash the silver wear. They had dried food all over them. We have been coming every year and this was the second time with Paradise Homes

Nice clean unit, very comfortable, all necessary kitchen supplies provided, great access to the beach, pool area kept clean, BEST PART: sitting in high Adirondack chairs on shaded balcony with a great view and a nice breeze!!! Also, best arrival gift from property management company :-)
