We stayed with our 4 young children and had the best time. The second bedroom was spacious and had plenty of sleep space for the kids. The condo and grounds were very clean and well kept. The view was amazing. We felt safe the entire stay. The pool area was very clean and organized. We would highly recommend this unit.

Our family came down for my niece's high school graduation. We had such a great time - condo was great (clean, location, etc.). I really want to give a "shout out" to the rental company staff - HEATHER SAUNDERS. After we had been home for a day - Heather called me because I left 4 swimsuits in a drawer at the condo. She actually boxed them up and shipped to me. I am/was very impressed with this level of customer service. Thank you again Heather!!!

The View, The Location, The Condo was clean and they let us check in early. So this is a 10 spot, hands down and up. Loved it, hope to return to the same Condo nxt yr.. Peace

The ONLY complaint I have is the condition of the sofa bed and the beds in the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was rock hard, but they had a foam topper in the closet that made it bearable to sleep on. The property was beautiful and convenient to many different places. The kitchen was equipt with just about everything you needed to cook and prepare meals during your stay. They also provide games for rainy days. the view from the balcony of the bay side and the ocean is breathtaking. We saw dolphins in the morning from our balcony. The pool was open all but one day we were there. It was only closed for cleaning. The property management company gave us a gift of a set of cards and a cooler when we checked in. They text me early when the room was ready to allow us to checkin if we were in the area. I will say that if you are going to be going out to eat you will want to call ahead and put your name on the list, they are ALWAYS packed and has a pretty long wait. There is a toll that costs $1 each time you go onto the island unless you want to drive past Navarre into Pensacola. It is a beautiful drive if you go that way, but it is about 30 to 45 minutes longer. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend this property to anyone.

The condo was great. Check in and check out were simple and everyone was great. Everything was just as advertised and we had a wonderful time. We look forward to returning and staying here again!

we enjoyed our week at Regency Towers 501E. we like the area East of town. it has less traffic and is still very convenient to all of our fav eating spots. The building while not being new are still nice. The condo sizes and layouts were not cramped. we enjoyed the beach and the pool. the only issue we had was in the quality of the mattresses. They definitely need to be replaced. if this issue was resolved, i'd give a full 5 stars.

Very nice stay, wonderful to be on the beach! Neat, clean, comfortable. Kitchen could be better equipped. Stackable washer/dryer very small.
Over all well worth the price.

I love that we had a beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony but did not have to pay the higher price of gulf front. Also loved that out of every window you could see the bay. It would be nice if the owner updated the furniture because it is not real comfortable. The bedding also needs replacing. Owner needs to buy glassware that can go through dishwasher. The plastic cups were not in the best shape. But even with that we had a wonderful time!! We were especially happy with Paradise Beach Homes. They were very friendly and helpful when we had a couple of issues.

We wanted to stay close to the beach and this property was perfect! Spacious, secure, and clean, we were also just steps from a beach with access to lounge chair and umbrella rentals and paddle board/kayak rentals. My kids also loved playing in the pool.

Brenda saved us money by showing me that booking directly through them I would save money. Sure enough - VRBO was more even though the same unit. Thank you to Brenda!
All staff was very accommodating and answered all questions whenever we called. I would highly recommend Paradice Beach Homes...ask for Brenda!
