Home was very clean and conveniently located on the beach near Ft. Pickens and many restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of beach gear in the garage. Beach views from the house were fabulous. Other homes are in very close proximity, but all was quiet during the 1st week of April. We had 2 large vehicles, and while the drivable areas seemed tight, it was easily managed. Home is comfortable for up to 3 couples and a bunch of kids. Rental office was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this property to others and stay here again.

We rented this place for 14 of our family members. We had 10 make it. It would have been tight to sleep 14. We loved the place and had a wonderful time. It was comfortable and clean. It was well stocked. Thanks for a wonderful place with unforgetable family memories.

PV #18 provided a cozy and peaceful place on the beach for our family to relax. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town center to feel at ease but close enough to bike or drive in for a meal or activities. We went during spring break, and the section of the beach designated for the Villas was clean, beautiful, and not overcrowded. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything needed, and provided beach essentials such as floats, a canopy, and chairs. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will be returning.

I loved staying in this unit. We have stayed in different ones over the years. As our family grew we went to bigger. I was so glad one opened up for a four bedroom. It was clean and well equipped. The only drawback was a restroom for the guest on the top floor. Either go thru someones bedroom in the middle of the night or go downstairs to the half bath. We will be booking again in the future!!

This house is in the perfect location. Views of the gulf. You don’t have to cross any streets to get to the beach. Quiet and away from the bigger resorts. Will stay at again.

Being walking distance to the beach was the best! Close drive over the bridge back into the main part of town as well. Overall we had a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was very well maintained and the décor was perfect. The rooms ere spacious and well furnished. The A/C was nice and cold for the humid days and nights. This is a great location, close to the beach in a gated community. This particular unit was at the dead end so we didn't have any traffic driving by all hours of the day and night. Having a swimming pool available was especially handy for the kids when they didn't want the ocean. Overall, we are extremely happy with the entire experience both with the company and the condo. Thank you PBH for a fantastic vacation!

The house was great. We went with 4 families with 11 people total and it was a good fit for us. The only downside is the upstairs bedroom that doesn’t have a closet or bathroom. You have to go downstairs to pee or use a neighboring bedroom. The beds were a little small IMO but otherwise amazing stay. We would come back. Close to the beach and pool/ tennis courts. Super cute home and tons of stuff to do near the house.

This vacation rental is beautiful! There were 11 of us - 6 adults and 5 children ages 2 to 10. Everyone had a great time ... lots of room for both kids and adults. The beach was awesome - breathtaking views from each balcony! White sand and shells, shells, shells ... and dolphins! We saw a pair two separate days! The only bummer was the wind. Several days were yellow or red flag days so we didn't get to spend as much time in the ocean as we hoped. But the kids found plenty to do building sand castles, playing football and flying kites.
If we have an opportunity to get everyone together again for a Florida vacation - we will definitely come to this home again! Love it!
Only one suggestion for an even better experience ...a heated pool. The pool water was too cool for swimming, even for us Wisconsinites! (We were vacationing in mid-March)

We had a total of 11 people that stayed at this home. It was very clean, nicely decorated, convenient to the beach, very close to all restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed our vacation and stay, loved Pensacola Beach.

My family and I stayed at Portside Villas #18 after days without power in New Orleans following Hurricane Ida. The condo was wonderful, spacious, well appointed with beautiful views of the gulf. My 3 grandchildren, ages 4, 3 and 16 months had the time of their lives and I had so much fun playing with them on the beach and in the pool. We all deduced this condo was ,by far, the best one we have ever rented and we plan on asking for it every summer. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great place to make beach memories!

Well stocked and well kept house. Cool A/C, great views, and comfortable living. The garage and outside areas were very nice. The house comes stocked for beach access too with a number of beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Only suggestion for kitchen would be a pizza cutter and pizza pans for frozen pizzas.

This location was great. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Easy to get in and out with gate access. Rooms were awesome and met all our needs.
Great access to beach and especially loved the garage access to beach with water wash off right there.

We had a fun week with family. The house was very nice. It was close to the beach and had a nice big pool. The house had lots of amenities. We are going back next year.

Perfect beach house! We had two families, with plenty of space in this house! Home was beautifully decorated, & we loved the gas fire table outside for chilly evenings. Stocked with beach toys, floaties, chairs & beach towels which was great. Located directly on the beach, which was a plus for us. Washing machine wasn't working & they got someone out to fix it same day. Our only complaint is we had to buy garbage bags, because they only provided 1 for our weeks stay. Kind of silly to expect out of town guests to buy a box of garbage bags. The community pool is also not heated, & freezing cold, we couldn't use it our whole trip. All & all this home was perfect for our group, & we'd stay here again!

Our family stayed here in August 2020. We have two young kids so the location/very short walk to the beach was absolutely amazing. The house was very well taken care of and the kitchen had all the accessories we needed. Our family loved this home. We highly recommend it and will stay here again.

It is obvious the owners of this property enjoy coming and staying. They are kind enough to rent it out for others to enjoy. It is the most well-equipped rental home we have ever stayed in. The owners equip it like it is their own home. The access to the beach is 30 steps to the walk over.
One of the best amenities is a new addition of a covered deck with built-in seating on the ground level. It has an outdoor shower with hot water and is ideal for showering the kiddos.
I have stayed in fancier places, but none as comfortable and as thoughtful.
The ice maker was not working

Great spot on Pensacola Beach!
The beach was easily accesable as well as the pool.
Beach towels, chairs, and toys were supplied, which was a plus.
Very close to restaurants and bars and convenient store right down the street with everything that you could possibly need!
We will definitely stay at Portside Villas #18 again!!!

We frequent Pensacola Beach but this was our first opportunity to stay in Portside Villas. The layout is tremendous with lots of space. This unit is beautifully furnished and one of the better stocked kitchens. The complex is gated and very private. Easy access to an extremely private beach. We will rent here again!

Great location with easy access to the beach. We had one major problem (the ac was not working) the nigh we arrived but they had it fixed for us within the hour. Huge house and love the fact that every room had its own shower.

We had a great vacation experience at Portside Villas #18. The house was great and in really nice condition. Being so close to the beach and the view was very nice. We have been staying throughout Gulf shores, Orange beach all the way to PCB for years but this was the best house and location I think we have ever had! The water was beautiful! We will definitely be coming back.

Great location! Beautiful house,uncrowded beach,fully stocked unit had everything we expected and more! The only problem was terrible internet access(the wi-fi connection had to be reset constantly.) The house was perfect for our 4 generations vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

This home was very nice and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only suggestion I have would be to consider replacing the mattress in the master suite and the sofas are a litte worn. Love the location!
