Had condo #1704 and it was gorgeous! Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the 2 pools and hot tub and the ocean was a very short walk from condo. We cannot wait until next year. Absolutely loved everything about Emerald Isle and will use your company for our rental again!

We have stayed at Emerald Isle before and love the location. The condos are spacious and well maintained and the view is spectacular!! The beach area is clean, quiet, beautiful, and not over-crowded. Great location! This particular unit was gorgeous and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking gear. We were alittle frustrated with so many security codes to keep up with. We had a code for the gate, a code for the main entrance, a code for the elevator to get us to the 17th floor. And a code for the door. I’m all for security but it was alittle over the top compared to my previous stays there. The patio has a pub table and chairs which was fine for eating outdoors but not a comfortable place to sit and relax for any length of time. I was wishing for regular patio chairs. We also had a glitch with our parking pass which should have been for a week but somehow it expired in 1 day. And the security guard slapped an obnoxious green sticker on our car window which I’ll spend the next week trying to scrape off all that adhesive. Annoying. All of that being said, it’s a beautiful location and we’d love to stay there again.

Emerald Isle #1704 was absolutely perfect!
The view of the Gulf was stunning! We watched the sea rays & dolphins swim by and even got buzzed by the Blue Angels!! What a treat!
The condo was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Susan and the entire Paradise Beach Homes staff were so helpful and friendly! It made our sisters trip one to remember! We will definitely be back and will stay in the same condo.

Was a much-needed vacation and time spent watching the sunrises, sunsets, walking the beach and listening to the ocean was priceless.

Very happy with the condo, would definitely recommend. Beautiful view, Updated with upscale furnishings and appliances...clean. Only complaint is the beds are VERY soft, these were hard on the back.

Everything was as expected. Great location. Very nice condo. The mattress were very comfortable. More detailed directions on how to operate the elevator would be helpful. Only issue we had was with the clothes dryer. One of the switches to operate was broken. We figured out a way around that. Was reported to maintenance and they were easy to contact and very cordial. Great experience!

The rental was phenomenal! The kitchen was equipped with what we needed to make all of our breakfast, lunch and dinners. The view was outstanding from the balcony! We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle previously, and this condo was by far the best we’ve stayed in!

Our rental couldn’t have been any better. We had one issue with a TV. Upon notification management promptly replaced the TV.

Room was awesome, very nice and plenty of room for the family with easy access to the beach. Brenda was very helpful from the initial reservations through to the exit of the rental.

Our stay at the Condo on the 17th Floor was absolutely amazing views of the Ocean. The condo itself was very nice with its current updates, but having the room to cook and two bathrooms was exceptional. I would recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle #1704.
The condo appeared to be recently renovated with VERY comfy beds, clean living room, spacious dining area and amazing view. We would absolutely stay here again. Easy walk to restaurants and beautiful beach. Few negatives: Elevator code wasn't "easy" for the 17th floor and many different codes to remember to access the beach, pool and building. Minor really!
Remember to bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, extra laundry detergent and garbage bags :)
