We absolutely loved staying at this home. The beach views were gorgeous! The townhome had everything that you would need (plenty of towels, kitchen supplies toiletries, etc.). We just wish the weather was nicer during our stay but the beach views were beautiful regardless. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Pensacola Beach.

Great location with lots to do with kids. The umbrellas provided were not the best, would recommend getting a beach service to provide better chairs and umbrellas. Overall a great property for lots of people with kids.

The townhouse was just like the pictures! We loved the balconies and the easy walk right out to the beach! The beach views were amazing! This part of the beach was never crowded. It was quiet and very family friendly. The house was perfect for our big family. We all had plenty of space. The kids loved the garage area with the ping pong table. It was also nice to be able to just drop all our beach stuff in there too. The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we loved this house and would definitely come back!

I booked this place for my whole family to spend the week. I cannot speak highly enough of the host Paradise Beach Homes. They were so responsive anytime we called with questions. The rental was so beautiful and spacious. The location was perfect and the place had all the amenities and conveniences we needed. We got tons of use out of the kitchen and living area. We had the perfect vacation here.

Our stay at Calle Bonita was nothing less than Magical! You offered seamless booking, a stylish and well-equipped property, nestled in a stunning location with a short walk to the beach. The owner provided everything we could possibly require. Waking up to nature's beauty with the comforts of home was unforgettable. Highly recommended for a unique travel experience with a majestic view! We hope to return to Calle Bonita every year for our annual Beach Girls trip!

This house was the perfect spot for our family trip. Location on the beach was great. There was enough room for the whole family. The house is beautiful and so nicely decorated. We did have a problem with the A/C but it was promptly taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

This townhome on the beach was wonderful. All amenities were great. So close to the beach. We were on fall break with our kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room for all. Kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were perfect views . We saw dolphins everyday and a sea turtle one day. Extra refrigerator came in handy and the kids loved the ping pong table in garage. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental . Clean and very well stocked with all kitchen supplies. Hope to rent this place again next year

We had a wonderful family vacation at the condo. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a lot of beach eqpment in the garage that I suppose past renters have left. Chairs and umbrellas too. Things both children and adults could use. Y only suggestion for improvement would be to have more towels, etc in the house. There was only one set per person. It was a lovely property on the perfect location.

If you are looking for peace & quiet without crowds or tourist-like experiences, this is your place! The pics do not do this property justice - it is closer to the water & space feels larger than what is portrayed in still photos.

You feel that you are already 'on the beach' while sitting on the sand-free patio with easy access to the bathroom & kitchen. 2 options to wash off the beach - ground floor & off the main deck space.

We stayed at this property with 2 additional families & the space was abundant for 12. Extra bonus to have the ping pong & game space in the garage with immediate access to the beach & storage of beach equipment. Another bonus was the additional refrigerator in garage to store the extra beverages!

The beach is very clean & the property provides several chairs & beach toys for your convenience.

Kitchen could use a few equipment updates - especially when trying to cook for 12. Cooking utensils are flimsy, an electric griddle would be great for additional cooking space.

Property was VERY clean & well-maintained. It is newer decor & recently updated. Beds were comfortable.

It was frustrating (although I should have read this info ahead of our arrival) that we only had enough dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper & garbage bags for 1 day. There was no liquid hand soap (only small bar), no paper towel, no laundry soap & no kleenex. It makes most sense to bring some of these items from home - if they travel easily (ex: garbage bags). I would pay extra to not have to worry about securing some of these items within the 1st day of your vacation.

With a 5pm check-in you may be compelled to order food for delivery - beware. We struggled to find a place to deliver. The location is several miles from businesses & restaurants. Publix is the closest grocery store & will take 15-ish mins one-way.

The townhome at 1704 Calle Bonita was very clean, in a wonderful location and a perfect size for our family. The master bedroom and deck was spacious and nicely decorated. The main living area and alternate bedrooms were average sizes, and also very pretty.
We found it odd that there were no beach towels provided for use, and the gas in the grill was empty. There were a few other small items we would have appreciated having for our use.
Everything considered, it was a great fit for our family of 6, with plenty of room and it was very enjoyable to have 2 decks and direct beach access.

We had a great off season stay at Calle Bonita 1704 as a Christmas get away for us and our adult children. It was spacious and well appointed, directly on the beach for long walks looking for seashells, and everyone had a great time! Highly recommended.

The property at Calle Bonita is one of the best property you could stay at if you are visiting Pensacola. The property is just superb, clean and neat from inside, all the amenities are available within the property, a nice garage with an amazing table tennis table. Apart from all of these, the best part is the view from the property. The property gives an amazing view of the beach and has a private section of the beach to enjoy with family. I know I will be back, I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Calle Bonita 1704 so much! Our entire crew, 3 families combined, had plenty of space and loved each day! Easy access to the beach and served as a wonderful area for family photos! The property was very well maintained. There was some uncertainty if chairs/beach items would be available onsite, but there ended up being plenty! Great customer service. Not many restaurant options, but I believe some were being renovated or were temporarily closed. I would absolutely recommend this property to any friend or family, just for the view and property alone!

The booking to dropping my keys off when the vacation was over was easy. Staff was amazing. Only issue I had was internet wasn't working for a few days but staff got it fixed. They also had a conference room available if I had worked from home and needed the internet. Overall very happy with my stay.

Great location with easy beach access for our family with both small children and older adults. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room space. Extra refrigerator in garage is great for storing items you plan to take to the beach. I would note that although it is called a 4 car garage - that clearly means smaller cars and the ping pong table takes up a portion of that space. This was a non-issue for our group, however. We would definitely reserve this location again!

Most perfect place ever! Absolutely gorgeous, super clean! Walk right out onto the deck that will take you straight to the beach!!!! Close enough to get to the center of the island, but far enough away to not be on top of each other!

This was a perfect home for a multi family vacation! Right on the beach, great open floor layout, additional fun ping pong table with tv in the garage. We enjoyed that the beach felt very private as it is a good distance away from the public beach. The home was only about 5-10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The only complaint is we asked a few times if the property had any beach chairs or toys and the management company said no but we could rent them through an outside company. When we got to the home there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Luckily we could cancel the chairs but if we weren’t able to that would have caused us extra money spent that was not needed. We will be renting again!

If you are looking for the best place to stay this is it. The condo is beautifully decorated, it was very clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us on a "girl trip" Beds where comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. From your back door you are about 70 steps to the beautiful beach. Hands down this is a wonderful condo. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

This was a dream location for an extended family vacation. Plenty of room for three generations to do there own thing or together. Just steps from the beach which was almost secluded to ourselves. Kitchen was well supplied with enough dishes and silverware to only have to do one load a day. We will definitely be at this location again!

SOOO close to the beach with all the practical amenities: Hose/shower to rinse off from the beach, towel hooks and places in the laundry room to hang things, decently stocked kitchen, townhome overall is updated, fresh and clean. Loved being able to put all our things from the beach in the garage and not bring them to the deck or inside the home. The view was spectacular, the beach wasn't too busy or crowded. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen.

We fully enjoyed this townhome! Couldn't have asked for better weather. Close walk to beach. Amenities were perfect, especially were surprised by the beach toys (floats, rafts, boogie board, huge flamingo raft) that were already blown up and ready for fun. Also plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Would suggest more dishtowels for kitchen and towel racks in bathrooms. Outside deck was spacious for our group of 12. Definitely recommend this vacation spot.

The weather cooperated with our time. For Thanksgiving week, it was perfect. Mid 70’s during day and mostly sunny. PERFECT! Of course the weather was not in the hands of the condo...but our wonderful Heavenly Father. The condo is beautiful and well kept. “Smack dab” on the beach is the best location ever. The price seems a little expensive, but worth the cost. A few more supplies would be appreciated, garbage bags, toilet tissue, rye.

I named my review “Hidden Treasure” because that’s what finding 1704 Calle Bonita feels like...discovering a well-kept secret in this island paradise. As you sift through the endless offerings on the rental websites, it’s easy to get overwhelmed as they all begin to look the same. One might simply pass over a property like this thinking a townhome might feel small pr crowded, but let me assure you, this one is anything but!!! Both inside and outside you will be comfortable and have plenty of personal space to stretch out and relax your days away! The unit was absolutely SPOTLESS with all the luxuries you could dream of and more. You will gasp as you fully open the drapes each morning on both levels to reveal the sugar-white sands and crystal-clear emerald waters of the gulf! You can even lay in your bed and let the sound of the waves lull and soothe you into the peaceful mindset you came here for!
As you head down for a breathtaking sunrise, you will enjoy the huge garage that we used as a “staging area” to store all our sunscreen and beach gear. You can slather up and let it dry while enjoying quiet moments in your private beach level porch swing nestled under you deck and tucked away facing the lovely dunes. As you come back in, there is an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off in before heading back inside.
Now for the best part! As you head eastward on PB you’ll notice the crowds thinning out more and more and this home is far past all the heavily populated areas. You won’t have to get up before dawn to stake your claim on a tiny patch of sand like the condo dwellers! Here, you just take your own private sand trail straight from your door and plop down wherever you like for the day. We stayed in September and at times, we had the beach in front of our building completely
to ourselves! That is a luxury you will NEVER find elsewhere!

This property is beautiful. Really likes that it had a garage and it was decorated beautifully. It’s so close to the beach which makes it super convenient when walking back and forth. We had everything we needed and the only thing I would suggest is that there were more dish towels in the kitchen. We will definitely stay there again.
