We enjoyed our getaway. Always LOVE Pensacola and Paradise Beach Homes! The staff is always welcoming.
The house was great, very clean and nice backyard. We only wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the pool and the beach more. :(. But we still had a good time and we will definitely be back.

The check in was very easy. The location was great and it was quiet. The beds were comfortable! The home was big enough for our party of 9 that included 2 parents, 1 adult “kid” and 6 teens (16-19). The pool was amazing! The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. The beach is lovely and was not crowded. We were thrilled that there is a garage so we could take the top off our Jeep and park it in the garage if it rained (it did). We visited the Boardwalk to shop and get coffee via car, walking and trolley and all were easy and fun. The grocery store wasn’t too far and we had everything we needed to prepare food. We even ran out of propane for the grill at dinner time and someone from the property management brought a new one within 20 minutes (thank you!!). The sand volleyball court was fun and there are games in the house and we watched a couple movies too. We had a great time and would totally stay there again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SanDilly in June. The home was plenty spacious for two families (9 total). Very clean inside and well kept. Amenities were fantastic, kids loved the salt water pool. The rental company was incredibly nice and professional. The only recommendation we have is very minimal but in our humble opinion would really make this property standout... we felt like the areas around the pool and the volleyball court could have used some landscaping attention to get rid of some of the weeds. Overall, very happy with our stay! Thank you so much.

Great house! Very clean. Pool and the enclosed backyard was a nice added bonus. House was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Staff communicated with us pre-arrival and were very welcoming at check in. We will definitely rent again

Our party of 7, aged 3 to 78, had a wonderful stay at this home. Nice pool, 2 covered patios, and volleyball area -- all great--only two blocks from the beach. Television in each room was wonderful. The galley kitchen accommodates 1 cook at a time, but we made it work. A/C in this home worked well and kept the home very comfortable. Staff communicated with us pre-arrival and after hours staff was very welcoming at check in. Although located on a busy street, traffic noise was minimal, especially after dark. Overall, we had a great vacation in this home and avoided some of the VRBO extra charges by going thru PBH. We would rent this one again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants/stores. Very clean. Our 2 dogs loved the big backyard and so did we. Pool was still a bit cold during our stay but that didn't stop us. Only had some very minor complaints; The entrance door could use privacy blinds and the kitchen window could also use some blinds. When the evening sun faced that side of the house it made the kitchen very warm and uncomfortable to cook in. Lastly, the toilet seat cover upstairs could be updated. You can tell the plastic is old and turning yellow. Again, minor things. Overall, the place was a great house for a family vacation and I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the SanDilly! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 people and 2 dogs. My kids loved the pool. I loved that the yard and decks are fully enclosed. The house was very clean. The galley kitchen has everything one could need to cook a meal, but only space for one "chef" at a time. It wasn't a problem for us. The home is a short walk from the beach, and there is a trolley stop just steps from the driveway. We appreciated the circular drive, as Via de Luna can be busy at times. Beds are comfortable, and the upstairs bathroom is great. The master bathroom is adequate, but we didn't like the shower. Having a gas grill on upper and lower levels is very convenient. We would certainly stay at this property again! Paradise Beach Homes is the best!

In spite of the three rainy mornings we encountered, our SanDilly vacation was good. Having the private pool made up for the lost beach time on those rainy days. The location is great, close enough to the beach and boardwalk and far enough away to provide a feeling of privacy and seclusion.

We loved everything about the home! Private pool and sand volleyball was the cherry on top. Walked to the beach in less than 5 mins. Our kids enjoyed the large tub upstairs. Very satisfied!

Great home very close to the beach! It was nice to have a pool to lay by as well. The house was very clean and we had everything that we needed. The living room sofa was a pain as the cushions kept falling off, but that would be my only complaint. We would rent here again.

Ideal place for pet lovers. Beautiful place with all the amenities/stocked kitchen. Relaxed pet rules made our decision easier. 7 minutes walk to beach. 5 min drive to dog beach. Sand in the yard made it tricky not to bring some indoors. Heated pool would have been great but kids didn't mind much. Missing salt/pepper and bath soap was trivial, ended up buying some. Water heater could be bigger.

Had a wonderful time. Nice job on the setup.

Saved a few bucks booking thru Paradise beach homes vs VRbo. Ladies were very helpful and nice to work with.

Will lookup rental next time in the area.

The Sandilly was great! Home was perfect for our family group. Beautifully decorated, rooms were spacious with closet space, and pet friendly! Kitchen space was smaller with upscale appliances.Lots of dinnerware and supplies. The yard was perfect for my pup, fenced and huge. Landscaping was beach perfect. The pool was amazing. Lighting at night and perfect for the family to swim at night. Thank you for a super vacation! Looking forward to coming back.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful! We liked that we could park our car in the garage, and the beach was just a short walk away. Also took our dogs for walks around the block which was nice. Highly recommend.

We had the best time in Pensacola where we love to come because of the dog beach. This house was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and the layout was superb for us. There were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the salt air. The landscaping was truly a tropical paradise with palm trees and lighting. It was a few steps to the beach and private yet also accessible to the shops and restaurants and beach right outside your door. It had a beautiful pool and volley ball sand court. The dog beach was only a few miles down the road. The place was clean and beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and a gourmet kitchen. We will definitely come again!

Perfect Summer Beach House for group of 7! We had plenty of space and the amenities the house provided were superb! The pool was amazing, and the beach was just a short walk away. Easy process all around, and we most def will be back next year to Pensacola Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome home and great location! My husband and I used this home for after the wedding. It made us feel right at home! It was perfect! The privacy fence was great when we had our outdoor massage! Would definitely recommend this home! Very easy booking and checking out process!!
