Great location close to the beach. Nice amenities. The perfect place to stay. The pool was smaller than anticipated, but was great for my kids. Would definitely come back.

Block from the beach. In an area that isn't very crowded. Pool was nice. You can walk to the beach and have everything set up in less than 10 minutes.

We really enjoyed our Stay in this house. the location is great for Beach and Bay. The outside of the house does not do it justice..the inside is Very nice and updated,I was pleasantly surprised, we would recommend to friends and family and we will stay was a great yard for our digs as well!

Rented this home to share with our grown sons and their families. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, easy access to shops and dining. The layout of the home worked very well for us and it was nicely appointed. The pool and relaxing back yard was a bonus. We had a great time and would definitely consider this home again in the future.

The property matched the description as listed. It was nice that we could bring our whole family (including pets), as this is a pet friendly property. Loved the location and easy access to the beach. The dog beach was only a 5 minute drive away. Great restaurants are also just a short drive away.

This home was perfect for a girls trip. I enjoyed sitting on the main balcony each morning (drinking coffee) and every night (listening to the ocean waves). One block walk to the beach allowed the opportunity to see the negihborhood. I would definetely stay here again, or in this neighborhood.

Very nice location, clean unit, neat with great manicured garden. close to the beach and had all amenities you would need. Deck furniture was a little old with some damage, but sure that will be replaced soon enough.

The cleanest rental property ever. Comfortable beds, great location. Equipped with quality kitchen items. The even put out our garbage cans for us . Home is so beachy. I miss being there.

My sister has a brain injury from a car accident a few years back, and we needed a beach house in a quiet area for her. We were super happy with this house! Even when neighbors were out late we never heard a thing. And we were able to sleep our whole family comfortably. The pool was an awesome perk, and we loved how close it was to the beach and to downtown Pensacola.

This is our second time staying at this amazing rental with a pool that is a perfect size for kids. When we found out the owner had a scheduled repair for the pool, Heather and the kind management staff moved the repair to after our stay as my autistic son was in love with the pool. We greatly appreciated how awesome and responsive they were and loved the house. It's very close to the beach and gives you lots of great options!

Enjoyed staying here and would stay again. The house feels like a vacation house. Nice small pool. It's a great location. A short walk to beach access. This area of the beach is less crowded, but the house is still convenient to the restaurants.

Our family had a great week in 813 Maldonado! The house and pool was just right for 4 adults and 2 children. Our check-in was quick and easy on our first day. Paradise even sent young men around to make sure our trash cans were out and then to put them back by the house. NOTE: the pool cleaning company comes on Wednesday and Saturday! They were very professional and did their work very quickly. We have used Paradise for several years and they always are very professional and eager to serve whatever needs we might have. We are already talking about 2022!

The house is in a really great location. A very short walk to the beach, which is great considering we had 2 infants in our party. The house is well styled and was perfect for our family trip. The beds were comfortable and WiFi worked well with lots of devices connected. Having a pool out back was nice, however there must be a leak as the water level kept dropping. The rental agency was quick to address the issue. We were able to cook dinner 5 of the 7 nights we were there. It would be nice to have a couple of bigger pots for 10 guests staying, but we made do. The grill works great and the outdoor showers are a must. The floors do get sandy and you can tell dogs do stay there as there is some hair around. It seemed no matter how much we vacuumed, there would still be sand and hair around. The washer and dryer worked well, we did have to run the dryer a few times with towels to get dry.
Overall we definitely would stay here again. We had a full house of kids and adults and we had a great week!

House was extraordinarily clean when we arrived. Fun nautical decor. Beds were comfy and fluffy towels plentiful! We stayed through the month of February and enjoyed every day. Steps from the ocean - walking distance from great restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Property was very nice. Overall it was clean. However, it might need a deep cleaning to catch crevices and obscure places. Also don't expect to use appliances in the home like can openers, blenders, etc. The management company explains this is not their responsibility so be responsible and bring your own if you need them. The wifi never worked and the living room tv does not provide a guide so tv choices are guess work. However, we just incorporated this in our vacation and enjoyed finding random movies to watch. It would be really nice if a list of the working appliances were provided so vacationers know what they need to bring. Overall I enjoyed my stay and this is the second experience I have had with the management company and will continue to use them exclusively for my Pensacola Beach vacations. Once I find a sure thing I usually stick with it.

We planned this trip 3 months ago. We rented the Coral Cottage 812 Maldonado and it was PERFECT! It was within walking distance to the beach! Great Restaurants surround the area! This was our first time to share Christmas with our Daughter, Son-in-law and Grandson in a rental home in Florida! It was a BLAST!!

The beach house was adorable and we totally enjoyed our stay. It was a minutes walk from the beach. I had forgotten how beautiful the beaches are in PCB. We have decided to make it our place to go from here forward.

Well kept home, the perfect distance from the beach and perfect location in Pensacola Beach. The beds are comfortable there nice pillows and linens. All the cookware and dishes you would need in the kitchen. Nice furniture, a huge Smart TV. Pool was a nice option to have so you don't have to spend all your time at the beach. It's not huge but it gets the job done. The backyard is set up very nicely for hanging out, lots of nice outdoor furniture

Everything was great, the location made all the little things that where wrong not matter. The pool is very small, the house sleeps 10 people but the pool can only fit about 4 kids at a time. The dryer didn’t work and the TVs were so small I didn’t even know they existed that small. The decor was different than showed in the pictures so the shark mural is no longer there which my kids would have loved and the big sectional sofa was no longer there. Overall, it was a great trip and I would rent this property again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Maldonado 813. The house was clean, airy and well organized. The back yard was a peaceful oasis. Neighbors were quiet. Walking distance to beach. Close to amenities. Pet friendly. My pooch loved her stay. I would definitely stay here again. The manager was amazing. When I checked in, they provided a wonderful beach bag filled with a big bag of chips and salsa, a bag of roasted pecans that were delicious, and a pack of local coffee. They made us feel very welcome. No hastle check in and out. Office located right on the strip. We really enjoyed all of the restaurants we tried. We dined at Red Fish Blue Fish, Crabs, and Hemmingways (our favorite). We also visited Fort Pickens. This was an amazing trip
