It was our first time visiting Pensacola what a beautiful place!! We were extremely happy with our vacation rental. Our family of three had plenty of space. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the patio and grilled out a few nights. Location was great, close to the beach and the pool was right outside our door. Checking in and out was a breeze. Can’t wait to come back!!

Our vacation rental was perfect! We loved everything about it! Very cozy and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend. It was nice being located next to the ocean, swimming pool, and trolley. Was a wonderful stay for our family vacation.... Can’t wait to go back❤️ Planning out next Vacay.��

This home is as adorable as the photos represent. In addition it was very clean, very well stocked and our move in and out was stress free. The entire property is very well kept too! We will be back....soon! Thanks!

This was the second year in a row that we have stayed in Regency Cabanas and we absolutely love it there! The location is great, a safe gated community, with beach access. Close to all the action, just a couple of miles from the main strip with trolley stops right out front too! The staff are friendly, you get a beach bag full of goodies and information when you check in, and the property was clean and inviting. It truly felt like home away from home. After spending the days on the beach, sight seeing and shopping, it felt comforting coming back to a place that felt like home. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the stay at Regency Cabanas #F1. Very clean and homey. Grill had propane and everything. A very small walk to the beach. Would defiantly stay again!

I was so pleased with our experience in this condo! It's at the end of the road so it's quiet, and it is right next to the pool. It was an easy walk to the beach each day (5 minutes unless we were trying to drag our nearly-broken beach wagon with us- ha!). The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment I could think of. The living room TV had HDMI ports and we brought our Amazon Firestick for streaming since we were staying in for the evenings. Rooms were clean and had plenty of room. Perhaps most notably, the AC worked VERY well. This is definitely not always the case with the FL heat beating down. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant, short stay at the end of June. The property was clean, well kept, and perfect for our stay! We loved having the option to cook meals in on days when we didn't feel like eating out. We even used the BBQ that the owner's provided on the patio! The pool is located just steps away and the ocean was in short walking distance. The owners even had boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage that we were able to use at the beach! Overall, we had a great time and would definately stay again if we are ever headed to Pensacola!

This was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it to others. Quiet but not too far from everything. Short walk to the beach and the pool is even closer. The trolley stops are close, too. Bedrooms and living room are big and comfy.

Our stay at this property was great! It was clean and convenient as well as comfortable. The complex is quiet, which was very welcome after a busy day at the beach. We will definitely consider this property when planning our next trip.

We had a great time at this condo. We had a couple of problems but they were taken care of quickly. It's a short walk to the beach but not too bad. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family, with a mixture of young and old, had an enjoyable week’s stay at Regency Cabanas F1. We found some minor glitches when we arrived on Sunday.. All were promptly and courteously taken care of on Monday. (Lights, locks, garage door). During the week we biked, golfed, used the Cabanas pool,
And traveled the very short distance to the Gulf. Nearby attractions such as Ft Pickens, Naval Aviation Museum, Blue Angels, and Joe Patti’s we’re readily available. Thank you PBH!

The staff called me while we were on our way. They were very receptive and polite. They provided a care package upon arrival. The condo had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The only issues we had involved doors that wouldn't open once closed and the refrigerator. One of our guests got locked in the bathroom but that's probably because buildings tend to shift. The refrigerator would turn off when the downstairs bathroom light was turned on. We adapted and overcame. The private beach was just a short distance away and was awesome! Cleanup instructions were easy to follow. The place had a very homey feel. I'd definitely recommend!

Excellent location, close to the beach and beach trolley stop in front of condo. The rental company was awesome and check in was a breeze. They also provided a welcome gift bag which included snacks, coffee and tourist information. Overall, a great vacation rental experience and would highly recommend Paradise Beach Homes!

The only thing i would suggest is that:: we are a family of 5, staying in a condo that sleeps 6 for 5 days And there was only 4 shampoos and conditioners
1 pack of laundry soap , 2 dish soaps , and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
I feel like this wasn't enough.
We bought extra soap , TP, and laundry soap.
But other than that. Our stay was awesome. The place was very clean and comfy !! I have already recommended this property to other families and friends!!

We rented this home for 5 nights. This is not my first time renting from this management company, and it won't be my last either. The house was well maintained and updated and in a great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood with nice pools and access to the beach, and garage parking. The walk to the beach is a little far, but not worth complaining about. Would definitely consider this property again.

House was not cleaned. There was animal hair all over the comfortor. Thr sheets also had hair and had not been washed. The toilet seat was dirty and the carpet smelled Mike animal urine. The floors down stairs were dusty and there were hair balls. The counter tops had not been cleaned. I spent the first night washing sheets and. Cleaning surfaces. This is bad since we pay a large fee for cleaning.

we had air conditioning problems I called sunday morning and got no response so I had to call back monday they sent one guy that had to call someone else finally the guys got there and they had to replace the unit I have to commend the ac guys because they worked until about 930 that night getting everything fixed. then we got notified we had to take down our canopy that our setup couldn't be left on the beach for our daily use we spent a lot of money on a canopy we didn't get to use who wants to drag that stuff in and out every day. I think this will probably be end of beach for me. Also the pool as the regency cabana had issues the lights were out the water was dirty the whole trip wasn't a good experience

Clean and convenient to pool. Longer walk to the beach but not bad. Just wish there were a better way to get to the beach especially with small children. There is construction going on so once it's done, I'm sure you won't have to walk outside the complex to get to the beach. A buggy we brought with us helped bring stuff to beach. This condo was pet friendly and also a little more secluded from the rest of the condos. Just wish they did like Sunset Refections in St. Joe's Peninsula. No matter how many pets you bring, the deposit is 100.00 dollars. Not 100.00 for each dog and the beaches are pet friendly also. That was a plus for me and my dogs. All you had to do was walk out the condo to find a yard for the dogs. Check in was a nightmare. No place to park and if you're a little early, even a half hour early don't expect to get in. Check in is 5 and Paradise Beach Homes means it. So, if the drive to Florida with the family didn't kill you, the riding around on a Saturday in Pensacola with kids and dogs till check in just might be the thing to finish off. Once at the condo everything was great. Condo was well stocked and clean. (No ladle or big mixing bowls) Rooms were a nice size and A/C works great. Nice porch to see the bay which was wonderful late evenings eating supper on the porch. Was a great place to stay.

Loved the place. Great location to the beach and the pool. The exterior doors locks were a little difficult to lock and unlock. The window coverings in the master bedroom were not working 100%. The towel bar in the master was very loose and we told the main office but no one showed up to resolve. Other that these few minor issues, we loved the place. Would stay there again in a heart beat!!

Like the use of the pool and access to the beach. Grandkids loved it. A lot of stairs for me but was ok.Only negative was a coch roach found in downstairs bathroom and kitchen.

I rented this unit for my parents and sisters. The unit was clean and had been recently remodeled it slept 8 very comfortable. I would definitely rent this unit again.
