We had a great stay at The Dolphin House! The kitchen is well-equipped for large family meals. The kids loved their very own mini bedrooms. Everything was clean, with the exception of the stairs leading to the second story were sticky. We were not able to use the pool as it isn’t heated, but I’m sure that would have been a hit if so. Overall this is a great property for a large group, and the views are incredible.

This was a great house for our group - nine families vacationing together. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the quiet area. Plenty of parking and space for beach gear. Both the porch and pool area were nice spots to gather in the morning and evenings. Suggestions from our group would be a few more barstools at the Tiki Hut and some tables for the pool area. Overall a great rental, no issues with maintenance, plenty of pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. for our group of 29.

We rented this house for our closest family and friends to celebrate our wedding with us and it was PERFECT. Best weekend of my life. The house was spacious and had an amazing view. The tiki bar out back was perfect for our bar, the under part of the house had plenty of room for our reception dinner, and we had our ceremony only a few steps from the house on the beautiful beach. Very convenient and easy to rent chairs and tables from the house owner Jodi who is very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this house for your wedding, family get together, or vacation. The house is amazing! We will definitely be back for an anniversary celebration!

We house was large and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. I would recommended baby gates for the stairs for families with young children. The front porch overlooking the beach was our favorite spot at the house. I would recommend some sanding and maintenance on the wood flooring of that porch.

We had our wedding and reception here The property management was very helpful in providing the necessary paperwork to host the event The house was clean and our guests enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the outside pool area Everyone had a wonderful time The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach made it accessible for morning walks and evening strolls The space underneath the house was more than enough to house 8 table and chairs, the caterer and her staff, a guest favors table, sign in table, cake table, and the bride and groom table We even had space for dancing. This house was big enough to accommodate five families (with kids) with plenty of room to spare. The house looked like it had just been painted. The pool was perfect size for everybody to hang out and have fun. Beach access was a short walk and the views from the front balcony were amazing. You can take an early morning stroll to grab breakfast at a close by bistro only two miles away. Highly recommend this place!

This house is fantastic for a large family or group. The bedrooms are comfortable and the house is large and inviting. The unobstructed views out the front windows to the gulf are amazing! Walking out the front of the house and right on to the beach made the stay just that much better. Highly recommended this home for your next Pensacola vacation!

The Dolphin House was absolutely wonderful! My entire family had a great time making memories here. Plenty of room for our family of 25. It accommodated all of us. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is the gate to the pool from underneath the house would get stuck constantly which made it difficult to get in and out. Other than that it was perfect! We will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone.

I don’t have enough stars or praise to describe what an absolutely perfect and amazing time I had this past weekend at this absolutely gorgeous house for my dream wedding! Everything about this house and it’s location and incredibly friendly owner Jodi and the memorable rock out in front you get to decorate and make your own for your stay was just above and beyond perfect! I was able to rent some tables and chairs for my wedding reception ahead of time, fit my entire wedding party with both our parents all in the house with more than enough room, have my dream wedding right in front of the house by the ocean and walk right back and have such a fun reception with family and friends. The absolute best part was being able to have our dog and fur child be there to celebrate such a special day as it’s so hard to find pet friendly anything anymore. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this house and hope everyone respects it and loves it and cherishes their time as much as we did!

We rented the home for a week to host our wedding and had our closest friends stay with us. PBH and the owner were so great to work with! The home was the perfect venue for the wedding! Plenty of space and the view directly to the ocean is unmatched.

We had a little fiasco with some of our flowers being delivered prior to our arrival and PBH was so helpful and accommodating and put the flowers in the fridge for us!

We can't wait to come back and stay with you all again!

This was our second Christmas at The Dolphin House. We are a extended family of 18 and we love coming to this house! There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep, the table in the kitchen is huge and perfect for craft projects and eating. We love the balcony and the lot across the street where the kids can play in the sand nearby. The short walk to the water is perfect. We had a issue with the refrigerator in the laundry room and the property manager came quickly to look at it. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels to use. We’re already talking about coming back for Christmas 2023.

Our family had a wonderful time. We had 11 adults and 6 grandchildren and the house layout was just perfect for us. The location was excellent and easy to just walk right across the street to the beach with the younger children. Having a private pool was also a big plus for when they got tired of playing at the beach. I would definitely recommend this house.

We absolutely love every minute of our stay at the Dolphin House. Our group of 20+ including our children (spouses/SO) and grandchildren had a great time. We loved the convenience of just walking across the street to the beach. I sat on the beautiful front porch and watched my grands trek back and forth all day. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The pictures does not do justice to the many amenities and spaciousness of this home. EVERYTHING was in excellent working order from the pool to both dishwashers. The upstairs was a great spot for the grandkids to have game nights. We really didn’t have to plan other activities because all the fun we needed was right at the Dolphin House. We enjoyed the spacious pool and tiki bar. Each night the backyard turned into a party with music and grilling for the family.

The home is very well maintained. I expected to see some of the issues I read about in the reviews but none were there. They were all resolved by the time we arrived. The home was clean and equipped with needed supplies. The home looked exactly like it was pictured on the site. That was really refreshing to see. This was one of several rentals I’ve had with Paradise Beach Vacations and they always deliver.

I cannot express enough how overly satisfied my family and I were! My entire family and my husband's family stayed here with a few friends. My wedding was set for the beach on Saturday but due to the rain we had to use the area underneath the house - and I tell you it couldn't have worked out any better. The staff was amazing at Paradise Beach Home and I even met the owner whom I just LOVE. We will be renting again! I wish I can give it 20 stars!!! Oh and the house had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, and just amazing.

The house was great & is in a great location but the weather stymied us for our stay. The risk of this time of year I guess. It was super windy & unusually chilly as a result all week. We couldn't enter the water at the beach or use the great pool at the house. Live & learn I guess.

We had our entire family in the Dolphin house for a week and it was simply amazing! We were directly in front of the beach and everything about the house was perfect. We had Christmas dinner for 20 and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be remembering this specific property when we return again.

We planned this Thanksgiving trip to Dolphin House before COVID 19. Our whole family made the decision to go ahead and get together anyway. We were so glad we did. The house was great with plenty of space for 24 of us. Families stayed together and used their own bathrooms to help social distancing. The kitchen was fully stocked. We brought a lot of kitchen supplies but we would have been able to make it just fine with what the house had. Having a pool was nice but the water was too cold to enjoy it. The view of the beach is awesome and just a quick walk to the beach. We will definitely stay there again. The only things that would make the house better is another oven and a heater for the pool.

The house was clean. Plenty of towels were provided. Ice making machine was a big plus. Location was quite convenient with Publix and Walmart about 5 mile away just across the toll bridge ($1 toll). Pool was a little small. Two propane grills were provided for all BBQ needs. Great experience.

We rented the Dolphin house for a week. This property was perfect for our needs. We had a total of 34 people in the home, for vacation and my daughters wedding. There is plenty of room. our group ranged from infant to adult. Kids & adults both had a great time sitting at the breakfast table - where we would plan our day. The kids had a great time at the pool, loved to swim later in the day. We loved that we could walk right across to the beach. This made things easy to enjoy our day, because you didn't have far to carry beach supplies over. The house was perfect for the wedding - plenty of room for everyone to get ready, and the bride walked from the house to the beach with no problem. We held the reception underneath the house, and had more then enough room.
The owner ( Jodi ) was great!! Very nice to talk to. She can answer any questions you make have. She helped provide us with tables and chairs for the wedding. They were stored there at the house, which made us able to set up and take down for the reception, easily,right there.
Everything went very smooth with the transaction, with paradise beach rentals - they kept in contact with me on the transaction. Everything was set up and ready, when I came to pick up the keys. Would highly recommend them.

Our boss rented this house for our home health agency for four nights. He fell in love with the beautiful dining table right away. The house itself is beautiful and the property is well maintained. It's not beach front but their are no houses in front to obscure the view of the ocean. The house is so spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone. We will be returning.

Overall, it was a great stay! The house is a wonderful house in a great location. It was private and quiet. The pool was a great addition to the beautiful beach! We were a party of 26, ages 1 to 75 and we we didn’t feel crowded at all! We do have a few, minor recommendations. The side by side refrigerator in the kitchen needs to be switched out for the largest French door or top freezer they make. The side by side just couldn’t handle our large crowd. We also felt that there needs to be a 33 gallon trash can in the kitchen and on the pool deck. The 13 gallon trash can had to be emptied about 5 times a day with our crowd. We loved the two dishwashers! We ended up making a clean/dirty sign with a napkin so our group would know if the dishes were clean or dirty. The addition of a clean/ dirty magnets for the dishwashers would be very helpful. The rental company was fantastic and so easy to work with. They were also extremely helpful in recommendations for anything we needed. Our family would love to rent this same house in five years for our next reunion! We all had a blast at The Dolphin House!

I had my small wedding here 9.9.17 and it was perfect! There were 20 of us total and we were all able to stay in this house and have the ceremony right across on the beach. The house is amazing and the agents at Paradise Beach Homes were incredible! They even helped get me the info for the wedding! The only down side is the beds are a little uncomfortable but that's not a big deal to me. The scenery and amenities make up for it! House has plenty of room and a table big enough for everyone to sit around! Overall I loved it and we will be doing a vacation through PBH again!

We had a great stay again. This was our 5th stay at this house. The house is perfect for us but starting to show its age. Need to start doing some upgrades and minor repairs but nothing that made our stay anything less then great!

Paradise Beach Rental staff was awesome and answered ours requests quickly and professionally. Love dealing with them.

Best family vacation ever. Plenty of room for our family of 10 adults and 13 children. Very fun home. Beautiful view of the Gulf, great pool, extremely well equipped in every way, and everything worked perfectly. We hope to return to this same home in the future.
