This house is amazing. Great location, incredibly clean, large enough for big group or multiple families/couples Huge decks, beautiful backyard and pool. The icing on the cake is the game room, with a ping pong table, football and basketball. A block from the beach. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great property and so many areas for kids and adults to have fun! We had a few minor maintance issues - but the team was quick to come fix and get right. The decks were great for outside socializing on rainy days and we enjoyed our

We had 4 adults and 4 teens at Maldonado 1010 for the week. It was fabulous! The home has PLENTLY of space, inside and out! Some of the amenities of the home include: a nice pool, table tennis, foosball, basketball game, a fully equip kitchen (even with a slow cooker), a gas grill, a gas fire pit, pet friendly, nice grass, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of TV's, an extra fridge by the pool area and close proximity to the beach (5 min walk, at most). We felt like we were at our own private mini-resort! We had such a wonderful time! I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future! -And honestly, I'd probably bring more people, because there was so much space and so much to do!
In addition, Pensacola Beach Home Rentals was a pure pleasure to work with. They were incredibly friendly and communicate extremely well. I found there customer service to be "top notch"!

We couldn’t have had a more perfect vacation and the long drive from Texas was totally worth it. Only 7 of us made the journey but praying the other 4 will be able to join us next year.
We stayed so busy between the pool, game room and beach that we hardly had time to go shopping. The weather was perfect, the beach was perfect, the house was perfect, the reviews I read last year and speaking to the ladies from the office gave me the idea to start a Walmart order (they deliver). We brought only enough food for dinner and breakfast and then Walmart delivered a weeks worth of groceries. That saved a lot of food packing and gave extra space in our vehicles.
The beach has great access (easy short walk) and was not crowded at all. Some days was windy and the water clear and refreshing. Not many sea shells though. Some days the waves were dramatic but most days were calm. Made for great family photos! The kids had a blast, never a dull moment. The house has plenty to entertain for hours on end....for everyone. Lots of relaxing and visiting. Next year we will try a local restaurant, lol the kitchen in this house was made for lots of cooking and setting out platters of food out for grazing. I love this floor plan!! Thank you to the owners for sharing. We took great care that you would give us 5 stars as well��
We have no complaints and love to share with future guests that like to plan ahead... *Things we added to our grocery list: dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, paper towels. (A week long stay required more.)��

My family and a couple friends spent a great vacation week at this house! The house was very well maintained, spacious, clean and accommodated all of us comfortably. Very well located, steps from the beach and a few min driving from the restaurants and groceries. I would certainly come back and recommend.

Our family of 11 had a great week at this home. A very roomy home with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We loved the pool area. Plenty of space for hanging out. The outdoor TV was nice- we mostly used it to play music but it gave us lots of options. The extra fridge down by the pool was nice. A really short walk to the beach and not much longer to go to the bay side. Quiet area and the beach only had a few other families. We had a small problem with the pool but had an immediate response and it was fixed within 2 hours. It was a wonderful week!

This was the first time the whole family had a vacation together.. I highly recommend this house it was perfect for us just a short walk to the beach. It’s really hard to imagine how a house looks by the pictures but this place looks just like the pictures very roomy and cozy at the same time . The beach wasn’t crowded at all we felt like we had our own private beach. It was A Amazing Vacation!! No Disappointments here

Everything was 5star from the time I arrive. The smallest issue I had was the gas on the grill was empty but that was not really an issues to me.

We had to leave NOLA when power was lost, the roof blew away, and finally the water and sewerage issues became too much for our family after Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana. Paradise Beach Homes and the homeowners very kindly opened the home to several families, lots of kids, and four dogs! We could not have asked for a better situation for all of us . Thanks so much for a beautiful, safe, and miraculous stay in Pensacola once again!!!♥️

My family of 6 and my in-laws just spent a week in October in this home. The home had plenty of seating areas around the pool and deck for the whole family. The kitchen was well appointed, the only thing I would have preferred was a seating area for all 8 of us to eat dinner together. The property was clean and while the pool was dirty upon arrival, someone was out just a few hours later and had it all cleaned up and looking good. Paradise Beach Homes were so awesome to work with. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 32 meets every 3 years from the 4 corners of the US to enjoy famiky time. It was my families turn to plan and we chose Pensacola Beach. We had never been here before. My scouting trips paid off and I was able to secure two houses for our group to stay at. Maldonado 1010 was our gathering place for our evening meal as it has an elevator which was needed for our group. After being at the beach during the morning and early afternoon, the pool was a hit for the little ones before supper. The outside deck was perfect for eating as a group and later turned into a great dance revolution for our little ones in our group. 10 of our group stayed here at night and it was perfect. The rental office was extremely helpful and responsive to any of our needs, absolutely loved it.

It was a great home for our family of 11, including 3 toddlers. We were a short walk from the beach so it was easy to walk back and forth throughout the day. The children really enjoyed the pool. When a hinge broke off the back door, the management company had someone out within the hour.

Property description was accurate. Fenced yard with pool is great for families (and dogs)! Sleeps 12 as advertised but needs to be a certain 12 people, as in, not amenable for 6 couples. Large living area terrific for family time, board games, etc. Convenient location to Pensacola activities. Large washer and dryer worked well. Gas grill was convenient.

Maldonado 1010 was as described. There was a great kitchen, it was stocked with dishes, pans, and plenty of needed plates. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, and plenty of chairs and decorations to make it feel like home. It was too cold for us to swim, but the pool looked great. Our dog was comfortable in the back yard, and there was plenty of deck to enjoy. We were here on the offseason, so I don't know if this is different for summer, but there were no pool toys or other helpful things to take to the beach. There is an elevator, it is dark and creepy, but it works. We had no key for the bottom door, and the keypad was unavailable according to the office, so Grandma had to ride down, someone lock the door from the inside, go back up and finish securing the house - otherwise - everything was great!

Great Beach House at a great location! Only 100 yards and your on the gulf and having a pool in the backyard made it extra special. All bedrooms are. Set comfortable and the house has plenty of room so no one trips over each other. The property management team we're a pleasure to work with as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely book again.

The location is awesome. Very short walk to great beach. Bicycle ride into town which was great the teenagers to go get smoothies and socialize. There was plenty of room for all and the beds were comfortable. The elevator can be a little tricky so make sure when you check in to get the details of how to operate it if you need to use it. There is not a big dining table inside for large groups but there is a larger table outside but one more would be a nice addition for large groups. There is tons of balcony space so adding another table would be easy. The only other negative is that the top level jacuzzi tub does not really work that well. Overall a great stay in a great location.

This was our fourth year at 1010. Looking past a few light bulbs needing attention, this home has unique nooks and crannies indoor and out where the adults, kids( big and little) and the dog can all find their own "Happy Place" and still be safe and secure. The fenced upper deck ( partly covered) and the fenced pool area allowed the kids to stretch their curiosities and enjoy the sunshine and the rain of our Tropical visitor, Cindy. There was plenty of room both inside and out to enjoy the sun, hide in the shade or watch the rains and the storm clouds roll in. All very pleasant and revitalizing too! We promised last year that we would hopefully return with Bear 2 to enjoy the same frolic as shared by Bear 1, our first golden retriever. And we did! Along came Brother, who, with the kids, has already asked me to rebook for next year! Move over! This will make 5 for our family!

Nice house that was relatively close to the beach. The pool was nice on those days where the clouds were threatening and great for the kids. While we did have some maintenance issues during the week, the property management people got out there quickly after we called.

The house was beautiful - perfect location (3 min walk to the water) with nice restaurants a very short drive or a 10 min job down the road. The rooms were all nicely equipped with comfortable bedding and linens. I could not get over how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking dishes! Usually rentals have a pot or two and a handful of dishes but this place had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here week of a family wedding in Pensacola. Perfect house with a fenced yard for our dog. Pool was refreshing after coming back from the beach which was about a block walk. Beach was absolutely beautiful with white sand like fine sugar! Floors could have been cleaner, and thick dust on blinds, but overall clean. Pictures depicted decent view of gulf, but that is completely obstructed now by house being built directly behind it, only 10 yards from fence. Wished realtor had mentioned it, I would have rented a different property with a view.

The house actually better suited for perhaps 3 kids and 9 adults than 12 adults. The master bedroom door need an opaque covering to block light from living room, In addition, an opaque covering over the patio doors will prevent morning sunlight waking you before your ready. Overall, the house suited our purpose well.

Truthfully, when I read prior reviews of the property I was hesitant. But we needed a large house to accommodate our large family and we needed a pool, so we took a risk. And we have no regrets! The house is very spacious and light and it is equipped with all necessities. The private pool was great (the pool man showed up once so we had to leave for a couple of hours ?). The street is very quiet and the beach is very close. We had a few small issues/ disruptions along the way. Some doors would not open, roaches and ants, but the office made prompts arrangements to address the issues.
Overall, we are happy with our experience.

We have stayed in this house twice and both times we have had wonderful experience. This house is spacious and has a large and open concept gathering area. The pool has also been favorite for both adults and kids. This is a house we will continue getting everytime we come to Pensacola.

This was a great rental for our family. It is spacious with many rooms and bathrooms that meets the needs of our family on our vacation. The pool area in the back was perfect for our little ones and the patio was great for us to have our bbq. It was spacious, clean, and was just perfect for our family. Customer Service and friendliness of the staff at Paradise Rental was amazing and very pleasant. I will definitely return with my family again in the future for our vacations.

We had a large group of 4 families staying for one week. At first glance the house is beautiful. It is spacious and well laid out. We loved that we had a bathroom for each bedroom, etc. Howver, as other reviewers have commented, there are definitely some maintenance issues. A few minor repairs would take this house from nice to really nice. Upon our arrival there were several light bulbs already out. Luckily none of them were a big deal. The fan in the great room was missing an entire side of blades. The outlets in the upstairs bathroom by the sink didn't work at all. Luckily the other outlet in there did. Lots of things like that. The only major issue we really had was that it rained a lot one day and the roof started leaking terribly. We had buckets catching water and towels in the Windows. We called the company and they provided extra towels but no one came to look at the leak really. Since it stopped raining it was ok. It looks like they've patched over many leaks. The office was very responsive to any need we had which was nice. like I said, the house is nice and we aren't complainers so it worked fine but a few minor repairs would make this house spectacular. The house was clean and there were appropriate provisions. You do have to provide ALL your own staples which we didn't realize there wasn't even salt and pepper or anything but that's not a huge deal but something you would want to be aware of.

Overall the experience was very good. The furnishings inside the house were very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the wicker furniture on the patio was horrible. One of our family members actually fell when the chair collapsed. She was bruised some but no broken bones. Also, there were several pieces of wicker furniture that were previously broken and still on the deck. Hazardous for our small children! Also, the ice maker was broken which would have been nice, so we had to buy ice the entire week. One major problem was the shower in the master bathroom. We could not regulate the hot water in the shower, no matter what we did. And there were no directions how to operate the water temperature; we were not able to use the shower during our stay. We loved the pool and the furniture downstairs. Overall the house is good and is perfect for a family vacation

Perfect location, loved the pool! Had to replace lightbulbs on front porch elevator entrance immediately, ice maker broken and leaking, grill bottom caught fire on third use on preheat, fire extinguisher empty! Wicker patio furniture bent rusted legs unusable, no outdoor table so we bought and left a plastic outdoor table! Rain leak on inside of patio door was fixed by management immediately, as was elevator when it stuck between floors. Some glasses and pots were greasy in cabinets, which we rewashed. Home was lacking in simple maintenance but we refused to let that keep us from having a good time.

The house worked well. Easy beach access. The kids loved the pool. It was musty smelling inside, and my clothes smelled the same when I got home. But the house worked really well for all the people we had. We would use it again. The rental people were very nice.

Nice Pocket sliding door in hallway does not work, grill doesnt work, upstairs shower low faucets do not work, back left shower when you turn off still leaks, bottom pannel of stove comes off alot, master br 's 3 dimming lights not right, hot tub keeps coming on when it is shut off, freezer ice machine leaks n cakes up, lawn looked bad- you may want a new grounds keeper, trim off up stairs balcony, they must have just sprayed bug spray as there was several dead roaches laying around! Otherwise just with these minor repairs and cleaning--THE PLACE WOULD BE PERFECT! It is a beautiful comfortable home and you just walk to the beach and we found loads of seashells too! Adults and children all loved our stay!!!

My kids and grandkids from Texas came and spent time with us during the Spring Break. This home is very nice and the kids loved the pool. The decks are abundant around the house for plenty of room to either lay out, grill or just enjoy the sunset.
