With an upscale vibe and an open floor plan, this condo comfortably sleeps four between the master bedroom's king-size bed and the living room sofabed. Let the sights and sound of the Gulf come to you through the open balcony doors as you relax in the living room watching a movie (a DVD player is included) or show on the flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is not available in the home, but you can find it in the office/pool area. Take a seat at the dining room table or the countertop barstools for a quick snack, full meal, or a fun game of cards in between catching waves. Save some cash and enjoy tasty home-cooked meals here using the well-equipped kitchen complete with all the major appliances, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker! Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
