*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. Guests will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony overlooking the beautiful beach as well as shared, on-site amenities including an outdoor, beachside pool plus a fitness center for your enjoyment. Using the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, shore fishing, jet ski rentals, and much more. Just steps from the property, splash the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, while next door at M.B. Miller County Pier, you can catch your dinner or enjoy the sites and see what all the local fishermen are reeling in. THINGS TO KNOW While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. Two complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas included.
