*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. Bring a new book and some sunscreen and make a day of lounging by the pool or splashing in the waves just steps away. Get a quick workout in each day at the shared fitness facility and use the free WiFi to share the best memories on social media when you come back to home base. Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants. For fun for all ages visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark, located just across the street, as well as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not, all within a couple of miles of this vacation rental. THINGS TO KNOW While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
