*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. The location is convenient to several attractions (including 1700 feet of unspoiled beach), so you'll be able to explore with ease. The condo itself is outfitted with central air-conditioning, perfect for making plans. Cook up tasty beach snacks in the full kitchen while the beach towels go around in the private washer/dryer. You can enjoy access to a shared pool and fitness room during their stay, so fun is always close by. Panama City Beach is right in the middle of many fun attractions, while still staying connected to the glorious ocean. Head six-and-a-half miles east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island- it’s only accessible by boat! Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over five miles away. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Fitness room THINGS TO KNOW Two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella are provided during your stay. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including porches, decks, or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
