*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. This vibrant, family friendly condo features a full kitchen, furnished balcony with beach, pier, and Gulf views, and access to a number of on-site, resort-style amenities. Slip into the impressive, bi-level pool, enjoy an inspirational beach view while you work up a sweat in the fitness room, or fire up one of the community grills and dine outdoors. Less than three miles east, check out the exhibits at WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, or have a blast with the entire family at Race City and the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park! THINGS TO KNOW While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. Only one elevator will be available through April 30, 2023 while they are being replaced. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
