*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. Spend time with family and friends in this gorgeous beachfront home. This home has a well-equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals easy. Dine on the large dining table or grab a cup of coffee and sit on the private balcony. Perfect for a family or friends to make the best beach vacation memories. In addition to being located right on the beach, visitors of all ages are sure to have a fantastic time at Shipwreck Island Waterpark located right across the street. Visit a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. THINGS TO KNOW While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
