Sterling Reef 1204 Rental Information
*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. Rising from the sand, this sunny and bright condo offers incredible views of the white, sandy beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Spread out and relax inside, or sit outside on your private, furnished balcony and breathe in the fresh, salty air. Prepare meals and quick beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen, and then experience all the on-site amenities including shared, heated swimming pool, fitness room, and convenient beach access. In addition to being located right on the beach, the Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located right across the street from the complex, offering fun times for visitors of all ages. Check out a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. There are also several dining options available. THINGS TO KNOW While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. Only one elevator will be available through April 30, 2023 while they are being replaced. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
